Clinical Observation Of Shaoyao Decoction Combined With Jiechang Ning Retention Enema In The Treatment Of Damp-heat Ulcerative Colitis

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Shaoyao decoctio n combined with colon-ning enema in the treatment of ulcerative colitis of d amp heat type.Methods:In this study,the patients with ulcerative colitis of damp heat ty pe who were admitted to the anorectal Department of the Second Affiliated Ho spital of Hunan University of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2019 t o October 2019 were divided into four groups according to the time sequence,i.e.31 cases in the treatment group and 31 cases in the control group,30 ca ses in the other two groups.The treatment group was treated with shaoyaotang combined with Colin enema,and the control group was treated with mesa Th e patients in control group 2 and control group 3 were treated by coloclysis.F our weeks a course of treatment,a total of two courses of treatment.After 8weeks,SPSS software was used for statistical analysis to compare the overall c linical efficacy and evaluate the safety of the four groups.Results: of the 122 patients,2 were lost.There was no significant differ ence between the four groups(P > 0.05).1.The improvement of Mayo score: the total effective rate of control gro up 1 was 93.33%,that of control group 2 was 90.00%,that of control group3 was 90.00%,and that of treatment group was 96.67%.It was found that the treatment group was superior to the other three groups;2.Symptom evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine: there were signific ant differences between the four groups before and after treatment,There was n o significant difference between the four groups before treatment(P > 0.05).T here was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05),but it w as found that the treatment group was better than the other three groups;3.Comparison of the curative effect of TCM symptoms: after treatment,t he effective rate of control group 1 was 73.33%,after treatment,The total effec tive rate of control group 2 was 56.67%,after treatment,the total effective rat e of control group 3 was 73.33%,and the total effective rate of treatment gro up was 90.00%;4.Colonic mucosa score: there was significant difference between the four gro ups before and after treatment,There was no significant difference between the four groups before treatment(P > 0.05).There was no significant difference be tween the two groups(P > 0.05),but it was found that the treatment group w as better than the other three groups;5.Comparison of Mayo score: there was significant difference between the fou r groups before and after treatment,There was no significant difference between the four groups before treatment(P > 0.05).There was statistical significance between the two groups after treatment(P = 0.039 > 0.05);Conclusion: It is found that there are curative effects in treating ulcerative coli tis of damp heat type with shaoyaotang and coloneng enema,but the curative effect of shaoyaotang combined with coloneng enema is better than that of me salazine alone in treating ulcerative colitis of damp heat type.
