Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Nerve Root Cervical Spondylopathy With Jinxun Moxibustion

Objective: This topic is to observe the clinical effect of moxibustion along Jingjin in the treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy through clinical research,and compare with the routine acupoint-based moxibustion,in order to find a more effective moxibustion scheme for the treatment of Radicular Cervical spondylosis.Methods:We will comply with the diagnosis standard on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy 100 cases of patients,according to order which successively examines for the first time,will observe the case with the stochastic tables to divide into the treatment group(moxibustion along Jingjin)50 examples and the control group(routine acupoint-based moxibustion)50 examples.The treatment were given once a day,7 times as one course.Visual Analogue Scale/Score(VAS)and Northwick Park pain inventory(NPQ),and compare the overall clinical efficacy.Results:The score difference of VAS before and after the treatment,the treatment group and the control group has the significant difference after statistics processing(P<0.05),suggesting that the moxibustion along Jingjin can relieve pain better and curative effect more apparent.In terms of the Northwick Park neck pain scale score(NPQ),compared before and after treatment,the NPQ scale scores were significant differences(P<0.01)in both groups?After treatment,The decrease in NPQ scale score between two groups was significant(P<0.05)?In terms of quantitative clinical symptoms and signs of scoring,The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment group compared with the control group after treatment: the treatment group and control group were able to significantly improve patient spurling test,muscle,tendon reflex,finger feeling and hand function.But after statistics processing,the difference of two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05),therefore two groups of curative effects were similar.While the shoulder and neck pain anddiscomfort,upper limb pain and numbness,work and life skills,there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Therefore,compared with convention acupuncture in treating cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,the Acupoints thermal moxibustion coordinate with convention acupuncture had more significant efficacy in the treatment of shoulder and neck pain and discomfort,upper extremity pain and numbness,work and life skills and hand function.In terms of clinical efficacy,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.65%,and that of the control group was 80.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).It is suggested that the treatment group is better than the control group in clinical efficiency.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of moxibustion along Jingjin on cervical spondylotic radiculopathy is significant,which can obviously improve the symptoms and functions of patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy,has a good therapeutic effect on pain,and is superior to the routine acupoint-based moxibustion.
