Objective : To observe the clinical curative effect of treating Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy disease.Method : 1.Packet:Type of 64 patients were randomly divided into thermal acuity and mild moxibustion.Moxibustion with heat sensitivity moxibustion and acupuncture treatment therapy;the combination of mild moxibustion and acupuncture therapy was treated with mild heat treatment.2.Excitation : Thermal sensing group selection temperature, temperature sensitivity point, double neck, double shoulder well and AH.3.The operation steps : heat sensitive moxibustion and mild moxibustion. After 20 min,the heat sensing group is treated with heat sensitive moxibustion.Sensitizing temperature of 1-2 hot spot in the patient's neck area is selected.30 min.Mild and moxibustion treatments are treated gently with mild capsulat Ion.Apply 1-2 pain spot in the neck area for treatment of pain.4.VIsual Izat Ion : After treatment two weeks after treatment, the observation index of 3 weeks was measured, including VAS,ODI and traditional Chinese medicine.According to the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine, the curative effect was overall curative effect. The temperature sensitivity and temperature sensitivity of heat sensing group include thermal temperature, temperature sensitive effect frequency and thermal sensitivity. Results : 1.Compared with the effective rate and efficiency of the temperature group, the effective rate and the efficiency of the temperature group(P>0.05)are observed. The rate of cure of hot mox Ibust Ion is higher than that of the soft moxibustion team, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Vase evaluation of VAS baseline is not obviously different(P>0.05),and the VAS scores are lower than the mild cumulat Ion group, and the difference in temperature is statistically significant(P<0.05).3.ODI scores : Heat sensitive moxibustion and moderate difference(P>0.05),Therapeut Ic difference between the third week and the ODI values(P<0.05);After treatment, the ODI was significantly lower than that of a mild mox Ibust Ion group, and the difference in temperature(P<0.05).Conclusion : 1.The treatment of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy disease with acupuncture and moxibustion is effective in treating patients with Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy diseases.2.Thermosensitization of patients with nerve root Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy and distribution may vary depending on the difference between human and time.3.The treatment of specific heat sensitive moxibustion should be designed according to the actual condition of Cervical Spondylotic Radiculopathy disease.
