Objective: By observing the effect of flavoured ginseng ophiopogonis soup on the complications related to clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with qi-yin deficiency after lung cancer surgery,the significance of this decoction in the rapid rehabilitation of patients after lung cancer surgery was evaluated.Methods: 1.Collected from January 2019 to January 2020 in the first affiliated hospital of hunan university of TCM cardiothoracic surgery smoothly implementation of lung cancer operation of qi and Yin deficiency type 45 cases of patients,all cases included in the standard,23 cases of control group,take the simple routine western medicine treatment,treatment group,22 cases,on the basis of conventional treatment combined use of flavoured ginseng ophiopogonis soup.2.In ensuring the general situation of two groups of cases of pathological type,TNM staging comparable cases,looked at two groups of 3 and 7 days after surgery in patients with c-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell count(WBC),neutrophil percentage(NEU),calcitonin(PCT)inflammation index changes,through perfecting the positive side of the chest,on postoperative day 3,assessment of lung infection and pulmonary atelectasis cases,postoperative day 7 assessment of lung infection and atelectasis.Use qi and Yin deficiency syndrome of TCM symptom classifying quantization evaluation of clinical curative effect,the KPS score,Fact-l score and QLQ-C30 score were used to evaluate the changes of patients' quality of life before and after treatment.3.Use SPSS23.0 statistical software process and analyze the results.Results:1.The clinical symptoms of the patients in the treatment group improved significantly,the number of cases of atelectasis and pulmonary infection was low and the rate of improvement washigh,showing a statistical difference,indicating that the control of inflammation and infection in the patients after using flavoured ginseng ophiopogonis soup was better than that of the control group,and the recovery course was accelerated.2.The syndromes of the two groups of patients after lung cancer surgery would improve with the recovery of the disease,but the quality of life of the patients in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group after using flavoured ginseng ophiopogonis soup,and the overall efficacy was better.Conclusion: In patients with qi-yin deficiency syndrome after lung cancer surgery,adding flavoured ginseng ophiopogonis soup can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of inflammation and infection indicators,accelerate the recovery of postoperative complications,and effectively improve the quality of life of patients with qi-yin deficiency syndrome after lung cancer surgery.
