Objective:This study is based on the theory of Chinese medicine and aims to explore the effect of Yangyin Yifei Decoction on the quality of life of patients with non-small cell lung cancer and chemotherapy(physical condition,social cognition,emotional management,etc.)The effects of the above-mentioned methods,as well as the improvement of the immunity of patients with non-small cell lung cancer with deficiency of both qi and yin,also have a positive effect on reducing the incidence of side effects associated with chemotherapy.Method:This study selected 60 cases of non-small cell lung cancer patients with Qi and Yin deficiency that met the inclusion criteria and were randomly divided into control group(30 cases)receiving DP(docetaxel +cisplatin)chemotherapy,and treatment group(30 cases)in the control group.At the same time,oral Yangyin Yifei Decoction,medication for 21 days for 1 cycle,after 4 consecutive cycles,compared the control group and the treatment group Patients with quality of life scores(Physical status,social cognition,emotional management,etc.),immune indicators,related Side effects of toxicity and safety indicators(blood routine,liver function,renal function,etc.)SPSS19.0 software was used for statistical data Processing.Result:1.The scores of TCM syndromes after treatment in the treatment group were better than those before treatment and after treatment in the control group in terms of quality of life(physical condition,social cognition,and emotional management),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The immune index after treatment in the treatment group was better than that before treatment and after treatment in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The bone marrow suppression(white blood cell count)and gastrointestinal adverse reactions(nausea and vomiting)of the treatment group were superior to those of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Yangyin Yifei Decoction can improve the TCM syndromes of patients with non-small cell lung cancer and chemotherapy in patients with Qi and Yin deficiency and can improve their quality of life(physical status,social cognition and emotional management,etc.).2.Yangyin Yifei Decoction can improve the immune function of chemotherapy for patients with non-small cell lung cancer with deficiency of both qi and yin.3.Yangyin Yifei Decoction can inhibit the incidence of myelosuppression and adverse reactions of gastrointestinal tract in patients with non-small-cell lung cancer with deficiency of both qi and yin.There is no obvious effect on liver and kidney function.
