| Objective: by observing the patient during treatment of DCM symptoms,the index changes of heart function and life quality,evaluation of ginseng siwu soup taste treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type the clinical curative effect of DCM.Methods: a randomized grouping method was used to randomly divide 50 patients with DCM into the experimental group and 25 in the control group.Control group given conventional treatment of western medicine,on the basis of the experimental group in the control group given ginseng siwu soup taste,a total of eight weeks of treatment,were recorded before and after the experiment of DCM symptoms change,improve heart function and life quality score and echocardiographic indexes and the NT-ProBNP changes.Results: before treatment: 1.The experimental group and control group general data,DCM symptoms,cardiac function and quality of life score,cardiac ultrasound related indicators and the NT-ProBNP comparison,P > 0.05,there was no statistically significant difference,comparable;After treatment: 2.Two sets of single DCM symptom scores,total score,clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine and DCM symptomatic stage are obviously improved compared with before treatment,and the experimental group was better than control group,P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.3.The two groups were significantly better than the control group,and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant.4.The two groups of LVEF,LVEDd,FS and nt-probnp were significantly improved compared with those before treatment,and the experimental group was significantly better than the control group,P < 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: ginseng four-body soup and flavor can improve the symptoms,signs and related indicators of dilated cardiomyopathy(qi deficiency and blood stasis),and have good clinical effect. |
