Objective:1.To explore the risk factors of postoperative complications in lung cancer, formulate rational and effective preventive measures.2. To investigate the quality of life and its change before and after operation in lung cancer patients. Methods:The 114 cases of surgical treatment of lung cancer patients was collected before,36 cases with postoperative complications, chi-square test and the multi-factor logistic regression analysis was used in the risk factors. The QLQ-C30 questionnaire was used to evaluate the QOL of the surgery patients. The first QOL evaluation were collected 3 days before operation, and we collected the second and third in 4 weeks,12 weeks after surgery.Results:1. Among the included patients(n=114),postoperative complications rate was 31.58%(36 patients), the Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age, coronary heart disease, diabetes, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, smoking, smoked, duration of operation time, FEV% was statistically significant (P<0.05). and the Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age (OR=13.824,95% CI 2.637~71.500), coronary heart disease (OR=10.800,95% CI 2.309~50.510), chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (OR=4.267,95% CI 1.060~17.183), smoked (OR=8.517,95% CI 2.457~29.523) were the risk factor for complications (P<0.05). 2.The quality of life after cancer operative was lower than before, and recovery in 3 month later. The most significant decline in role function, social function in addition in 3 month later, the other functional areas and overall health status have risen, close to preoperative levels. For pain, fatigue and other symptoms indicators in 1 month later after rising in varying degrees, gradually recovered 3 month later. the cognitive function scores was the highest before surgery,72.77±15.04, the functional areas in 1 month after the surgery were decreased compared with preoperative, restored in 3 month later, the quality of life of lung cancer patients in different functional areas of comparative periods were statistically significant (P<0.05); in the field of symptoms, nausea vomiting and diarrhea preoperative score were lowest,8.75±14.26,9.57± 15.87, respectively; after the surgery was increased; in addition to shortness of breath, constipation, diarrhea, three time periods were no statistically significant, other symptoms (fatigue, nausea and vomiting, insomnia, pain, loss of appetite) were statistically significant.Conclusion:l.The lung cancer patients has a high incidence of postoperative complications, the risk factors are also many and its serious threat the patient.2.we should find the appropriate preventive measures against these risk factors, to minimize risk.
