Clinical Study Of Zhining Concentrated Decoction In The Treatment Of Internal Hemorrhoids

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhining concentrated decoction in the treatment of internal hemorrhoids,and to conduct clinical tests on liver function,renal function and coagulation function before and after taking the drug,which provides a basis for the clinical efficacy and safe application of the drug.Materials and methods:Eighty patients who were diagnosed as internal hemorrhoids by the outpatient department of Liaoning Coloproctological Hospital and volunteered to participate in the clinical study were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group in strict accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria.40 patients in the treatment group,given Zhining concentrated decoction orally,once a bag 2 times a day;In the control group,40 cases were given Huazhi tablets,six tablets at a time and three times a day.The patients in both groups were treated for 2cycles,5 days per cycle for a total of 10 days.The scores of pain,hematochezia and heaving discomfort in both groups were observed and recorded.The liver function,renal function and coagulation function of the patients before and after medication were detected.After 3 months of treatment,the patient's recurrence was counted after a return visit.Clinical observation Results:After 5 days of treatment,the hematochezia scores of the two groups were analyzed.The treatment group was superior to the control group(p<0.05).And after 10 days of treatment,the hematochezia and pain scores of the two groups were analyzed.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).After 5 days of taking the drug,the dragging sensation score of the patients in the two groups were analyzed.The treatment group was better than the control group,but there was no statistical difference(p>0.05).After 10 days of taking the drug,the dragging sensation score of the patients in the two groups were analyzed.The treatment group was better than the control group(p<0.05).After 5 days of treatment,the pain scores of thetwo groups were analyzed.The treatment group was superior to the control group(p<0.05).And after 10 days of treatment,the hematochezia and pain scores of the two groups were analyzed.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Oral administration of Zhining concentrated decoction can significantly improve the symptoms of hematochezia and has a good therapeutic effect on the swelling discomfort caused by internal hemorrhoids,and relieve pain.In the treatment of hematochezia,swelling discomfort,pain caused by internal hemorrhoids,the treatment effect is significantly better than the Huazhi tablets,clinical short-term application is safe and reliable,it is worth popularizing.
