Clinical Study Of Dynamic 3D Near Magnetic Field In The Treatment Of Internal Hemorrhoids

Objective:By applying dynamic 3D near magnetic field and Ma Yinglong Musk Hemorrhoid Suppository to the treatment of internal hemorrhoids,the clinical effects were compared,the advantages and disadvantages of the two treatment methods were comprehensively evaluated,and the clinical effect of dynamic 3D near magnetic field treatment of internal hemorrhoids was explored.Treatment explores new methods.Methods :A total of 72 cases of hemorrhoids in phase ?,phase ?,and phase ? were included in this trial.Randomly divided into 36 control groups.The treatment group used dynamic 3D near magnetic field treatment,and recorded the changes in symptoms and signs before treatment,7 days and 14 days in detail,and followed up for 1 month to evaluate the efficacy.In the control group,Ma Yinglong Musk Hemorrhoids were used to embolize the anus.7 days is a course of treatment,and the symptoms and signs changes before treatment and 7 days and14 days of treatment are recorded in detail and followed up for 1 month to evaluate the efficacy.Statistical analysis is combined with the obtained data to draw conclusions and evaluate the two treatment methods.Result:The statistical results show that the total effectiveness of the two groups is compared.The treatment group has an effective rate of 88% after 14 days of treatment,and the control group has an effective rate of 97% after 14 days of treatment,P<0.05.There is a statistical difference between the two groups.After comparing the efficacy of the day,the control group was superior to the treatment group.After 1 month of follow-up,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group gradually reached 97.1%,and the control group 91.1%.The comparison between the two groups was P<0.05,and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion :1.Compared with conventional medical treatment,dynamic 3D near magnetic field has better curative effect on the treatment of internal hemorrhoids,such as blood in stool and analswelling,and the long-term curative effect may be better.2.The method is relatively simple to operate and can be operated by itself.Magnetic therapy provides a simple,safe,painless and non-invasive treatment for internal hemorrhoids,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
