Purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy of Qingfei Tiaogan Decoction in the treatment of60 children with transient dysmotility(lung and liver dysregulation),to explore the doctors' thinking and treatment principles for the treatment of children with tic disorder from hepatopulmonary and the principles of medicinal use.Transient tic disorder provides new ideas.Material and method:The children who were diagnosed as“transient tic disorder”in the pediatric outpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2016 to October 2018 were selected.60 children who met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of this study were selected.The clinical symptoms of the first visit to the child were divided into transient tic disorder(lung and liver dysregulation)in 60 cases,and the "Yale Comprehensive Tic Severity Scale(YGTSS)" and "Ticture Disorder TCM Syndrome Quantification Standard Scale" "Collect information collection,information collected(general condition,past history,family history,cause of onset,age of onset,tongue pulse,clinical symptoms,etc.)in the form of points to record the clinical symptoms of the child at each visit.In the table.The method of self-control before and after treatment was used to treat the lungs with Qingfei Tiaogan as the basis.The treatment was performed for 4 weeks,and 3 courses were observed.The clinical efficacy was evaluated and the twitching items before and after treatment were observed.The improvement of the score,the total effective rate of the disease,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome,the onset time and disappearance time of each tics,the adverse reaction,and the recurrence of follow-up.The collected data were recorded and analyzed using the EXCEL form and SPSS20.0 statistical software.And summed up the tutor's understanding of the Chinese medicine of this disease and the principle of prescription and medication for clearing the lungs and regulating the liver.Results:1.There were significant differences in the types of twitching,twitching frequency,twitching intensity,twitching complexity and interference degree before and after treatment in children with TTD(P<0.01).2.The effective rate of Qingfei Tiaogan Recipe in treating TTD was 94.3%,and the effective rate of TCM syndrome was 98.1%.3.Qingfei Tiaogan Recipe can effectively improve the tic symptoms.The average onset time and disappearance time of the TTD group are the shortest symptoms of the eyes and nose,followed by the lips,shoulders,head and neck,limbs,and again the vocalization and abdomen;Conclusion:1.Qingfei Tiaogan Recipe is effective in the treatment of transient tic disorder and has no adverse reactions.2.Qingfei Tiaogan Recipe can effectively improve the symptoms of tics,especially the improvement of eye and nose symptoms.3.The instructor from the liver and lung treatment of children with transient tic disorder to meet the diagnosis and treatment of this disease,to provide new ideas for clinical treatment.
