Purpose: To observe the clinical curative effect of the series of Huan Gan Zhi Chou Recipe in the treatment of children with convulsive disorder,and to explore the therapeutic thought of "suppressing the wind and removing phlegm from the liver" of the tutor,so as to provide new ideas and medication methods for the clinical treatment.Material and method:Collection of liaoning university affiliated hospital of pediatrics of traditional Chinese medicine clinic in November 2015-September 2017 children were diagnosed with "tic disorders",in this study 80 cases of children with inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.According to the clinical symptoms of children to see a doctor for the first time they will be divided into 38 cases with transient tic disorders and 42 cases with chronic tic disorders,and use the " Yale Global Tic Severity Scale(YGTSS)" and "tic disorders quantitative criteria of TCM syndrome classification scale" for information collection,Acquisition of information including the patient's general condition,past medical history,family history,course of diseases,tongue veins,clinical symptoms,and clinical symptoms of children each visits will be recorded in scale with the form of integral.The clinical efficacy was evaluated by the method of self-comparison before and after treatment,the treatment was based on the Huan Gan Zhi Chou Recipe,and the clinical efficacy was evaluated.Using EXCEL spreadsheet and SPSS20.0 statistical software to record and analyze the collected data.Respectively to observe the two groups before and after treatment in children with every twitch points integral,disease,total effective rate and total effective rate of syndromes,the twitch symptoms working time and disappear time,adverse reaction,recurrence of follow-up.This paper summarizes the clinical experience of the tutor in the treatment of convulsive disorder,and elaborates the TCM knowledge of this disease and the principles of the prescription of the series of Huan Gan Zhi Chou Recipe.Results:1.There were statistically significant differences between TTD and CTD before and after treatment with the type of twitching when used Huan Gan Zhi Chou Recipe,the frequency of twitching,the intensity of the twitching,the complexity of the twitching and the degree of interference(P < 0.01).2.The effective rate of treating TTD and CTD with Huan Gan Zhi Chou Recipe was 94.7% and 88.1% respectively,and the effective rate of TCM syndromes was 97.4% and 95.2% respectively.3.The series of Huan Gan Zhi Chou Recipe can effectively improve the symptoms of twitch,providing group average working time and shortest disappear for the eye symptoms,followed by nasal,oral,shoulders,head and neck,limbs,for voice again,abdomen;CTD group of average working time for the shortest ocular symptoms,followed by head and neck,nose,lips,shoulder,and again as the limbs and abdomen,average shortest disappear as the ocular symptoms,followed by nasal,oral,shoulders,head and neck(abdomen),limbs,voice.Conclusion:1.The treatment of transient and chronic twitch disorder with the series of Huan Gan Zhi Chou Recipe was effective without adverse reactions.2.The series of Huan Gan Zhi Chou Recipe can effectively improve the twitching symptoms,especially the improvement of ocular symptoms.
