Analysis Of The Curative Effect Of "Zhichuan No. 1" In The Treatment Of Cough Variant Asthma In Children

Purpose:By comparing the therapeutic effects of Professor Jingying Yao's experience prescription "ZhiChuan 1 Hao" and Montelukast Sodium on children with cough variant asthma(CVA),observing the cough frequency,cough degree,expectoration and physical signs related to Lung-heat and yin deficiency type,exploring the pharmacodynamics and mechanism of "ZhiChuan 1 Hao" and providing theoretical and experimental basis for clinical application of this prescription.Material and method:From April 2017 to November 2018,children with cough variant asthma of Lung-heat and yin deficiency type were divided into two groups according to the random number table.The experimental group was treated with Professor Jingying Yao's experience prescription "ZhiChuan 1 Hao" treatment,the control group was treated with Montelukast Sodium.The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of the two groups were observed fourteen days after treatment and followed up for 3 months later,the recurrence was observed.Results:1."ZhiChuan 1 Hao" treatment of this disease can more effectively relieve cough symptoms and lung-heat constitution of children with Cough Variant Asthma than Montelukast Sodium treatment,which can fundamentally treat this disease(P <0.05).2.The scores of cough symptoms in both groups decreased significantly after clinical treatment,the cough symptom score of the TCM group is significantly lower than that of the western medicine group,and the above differences have statistical significance(P <0.05).3.The scores of TCM signs in both groups were significantly reduced after clinical treatment.At the same time,the scores of TCM signs in TCM group were significantly lower than those in western medicine group after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05).4.By observing the index of cough frequency,the score of the index in both groups decreased significantly after the treatment,and the degree of decrease in the Chinese medicine group was more than that in the western medicine group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).5.In observing the index of cough degree,we found that after treatment,the score of the index in the two groups decreased significantly,and the degree of decrease in the Chinese medicine group was more than that in the western medicine group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),.6.Although the relapse rate of TCM group was lower than that of Western medicine group within 3 months after the end of drug treatment,there was no significant difference in the relapse rate between the two groups(P > 0.05).7.All the CVA children included in this experiment had no adverse reactions during the whole treatment process.Conclusion:1."ZhiChuan 1 Hao" treatment of this disease can more effectively relieve cough symptoms and lung-heat constitution of children with cough variant asthma than Montelukast Sodium treatment,which can fundamentally treat this disease.2."Zhichuan 1 Hao" is more effectively than Montelukast Sodium in alleviating cough frequency and degree in children.3."Zhichuan 1 Hao" treatment is not more effectively than Montelukast Sodium in resolving the recurrence rate of this disease.
