Effect Of Beclometasome Dipropionate Combined With Montelukast Sodium In Children's Cough Variation Asthma And Its Affection On Levels Of Eotoxin Expression

Objective To explore the effect of Beclometasome Dipropionte combined with Montelukast sodium in Children's Cough Variation Asthma and its affection on Levels of Eotoxin express and pulmonary function.Methods 82 children with cough variant asthma treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 as research objects,and divided into control group and research group(41 cases in each group)according to hospital admission time.Control group was treated with beclometasome dipropionate,and research group was treated with Montelukast sodium based on control group.The two groups were treated continuously 3 months.The total effective rate and adverse reactive rate of two groups were compared.The levels of serum interleukin(interleukin-5,interleukin-8,interleukin-10),levels of immunoglobulin E and tumor necrosis faction alpha,pulmonary function(maximal mid-expiratory flow curve,Forced expiratory volume in one second and forced vital capacity),peripheral eosinophils and Eotaxin before treatment and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of control group was 70.73%,were significantly lower than research group(92.68%),the difference of statistical meaning between two groups(p < 0.05),After treatment,the values of FEV1,FVC and MMEF of control group were significantly lower than research group,Two sets of data between a statistically significant difference(p <0.05).The levels of serum interleukin(interleukin-5,interleukin-8,interleukin-10),immunoglobulin E and tumor necrosis factor alpha of research group after treatment were significantly lower than control group,the differences of statistical meaning two groups(p <0.05).The peripheral eosinophils values and levels of Eotaxin expression of research group after treatment were significantly lower than control group,the differences of statistical meaning two groups(p <0.05).The peripheral eosinophils values and levels of Eotaxin expression of research group after treatment were significantly lower than control group(p <0.05).The adverse reaction rate of two groups were 19.51% and 9.76%,The difference was not statistically significant(p <0.05).Conclusion Beclometasone Dipropionate combined with Montelukast sodium has exact effect for Children's Cough Variation,and can decrease the levels of airway inflammation.In addition,can improvement of pulmonary function and inhibiting effect of Eotaxin expression.
