Professor Zhao Hong, Based On The Chinese Medicine Inheritance Platform, Used Chinese Medicine To Treat The Experience Of Ovarian Reserve Dysfunction

Background:The incidence of ovarian reserve decline is increasing year by year,which is closely related to women's reproductive health and quality of life.It will also affect the clinical outcome of assisted reproductive technology.Although there is no clear corresponding concept for the disease in the ancient books of TCM,the symptoms of the patient can be classified as "acediatric","infertility","late menstruation" and other categories.The main disease is in the kidney,and the pathogenesis is kidney-based,often Accompanied by blood stasis,blood deficiency,liver depression,spleen deficiency and other evidence.Patients with impaired ovarian reserve function are treated with traditional Chinese medicine after dialectical diagnosis according to their respective clinical testimonies.Symptoms are also relieved and the curative effect is significant.Professor Zhao Hong,chief physician engaged in gynecological work in Chinese medicine for decades,is good at treating various diseases such as female infertility and irregular menstruation due to the combination of Chinese and Western medicines.China-Japanese Friendship Hospital is a large-scale integrated top-three hospital integrating clinical,scientific research and education.The number of patients attending the clinic is high,the disease is abundant,and thus there is a good basis for patient groups.Therefore,a large number of patients undergoing gynecological referral to infertility and irregular menstruation in the hospitals have been treated by the advisors in combination with traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.I would like to take this opportunity to sum up the experience of medical instructor Zhao Hong in the treatment of ovarian reserve dysfunction in order to imitate the effects of compounding and clinical changes.Method:I applied the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system software to statistically analyze the 55 prescriptions of the clinical treatment of ovarian reserve reduction by the supervisor Zhao Hong,chief physician,and used the association rules and clustering algorithm to analyze the drug law and experience.Repeatedly checking the data during the entry and analysis process ensures accuracy.Result:After statistical analysis by association algorithms,some TCM patterns were found used to treat diminished ovarian reserve.As a result,it was found that due to the deficiency of this disease in the kidney and liver,my mentor used to treat kidney yang and yin mainly in the treatment of ovarian reserve dysfunction,and commonly used to supplement the liver and kidney yin and yang products,but also used antlers,deer blood products and Placenta and other flesh and affection things.Women with insufficient ovarian reserve have more frequent qi and blood deficiency and emotional discomfort.
