Literature Study On The Application Of Xiaofengsan In Dermatology

Objective:Through the analysis and quality evaluation of the clinical research literature o n the application of Xiaofengsan in dermatological diseases,this paper discusses the specific application and characteristics of Chen Shigong's classic "Surgical Orthodox" classic "Xiefe ng San" in the treatment of modern dermatological diseases.The application provides the b asis.Methods: Through the search of China Knowledge Network,Wanfang Database,and We ipu Science and Technology Journal Database in the 20 years from 1999 to 2018,the appli cation of Xiaofeng Powder in the treatment of dermatological diseases was studied.The spe cific method was as follows: “Xiefeng San” as the search term.Conduct advanced search,obtain clinical research literature on the application of Xiaofeng San in the treatment of der matological diseases,and screen and organize the clinical literature on the treatment of der matological diseases according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Analyze and summari ze the publication year,adaptation range,treatment method,course of treatment,curative eff ect,follow-up,drug safety evaluation of dermatological diseases,and the quality of literatur e published in the literature.Results:Of the 419 documents obtained by the search,53 articles were included in the st udy.There are 14 kinds of dermatological diseases,including urticaria and eczema.The dia lectic is mostly wind-heat type and damp-heat type.The combination of it and its method i s more widely used,and it is treated with the addition and subtraction of drugs.The cours e of treatment is usually 4 weeks.The efficiency is higher and the curative effect is better than the control group.Most of the return visits were allergic dermatological diseases,and the recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group.The side effects mainly mani fested in different degrees of gastrointestinal reactions,and were mild.The level of journal publications is generally average.The Cochrane evaluation scores were: 8 4 points,41 3 po ints,4 2 points;53 studies were moderately biased,and the overall quality of the included literature was acceptable.Conclusion:1.Xiaofeng San can be used to treat 14 common skin diseases,including urt icaria and eczema.The dialectic is mostly wind-heat type and damp heat type.2.When ap plying Xiaofeng Powder to treat dermatological diseases,the use of Xiaofeng Powder alone or in addition,or combined with it,its method,the effect is significant,the total effective rate;3.Application of Xiaofeng San treatment of skin disease recurrence rate is low,medi cation High security.4.Single use Xiaofeng San addition and subtraction,or combined wit h it medicine,it method for the treatment of dermatological diseases with small side effects,high safety of medication,it is worth promoting.5.Xiaofeng San treatment of dermatologi cal treatment is usually 4 weeks.
