Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Pruritic Skin Disease Caused By Rheumatic Fever And Stagnation

Objective:pruritic skin disease refers to the cause is unclear,as a kind of self-conscious itching skin disease symptoms,including multiple diseases,high incidence of clinical disease,and easy to repeated attacks,to bring great distress to the patient's life.The cause of pruritus is complex,which is related to a variety of internal and external factors.In this study,rheumatic fever stagnation pruritus dermatosis patients as the research object,the use of traditional Chinese medicine orally as the treatment method,the use of randomized parallel controlled research methods.Xiaofeng antipruritic granules were used as control agents,and the clinical efficacy of modified Xiaofeng Yin in the treatment of pruritic dermatosis due to rheumatic heat stagnation was evaluated objectively,and its mechanism was discussed.The main points are as follows:1,Compare the clinical symptoms of the treatment group(modified Xiaofeng Yin)and the control group(Xiaofeng ZhiYang granule)in treating rheumatic heat stagnation syndrome before and after treatment;2,analyze the action mechanism of modified Xiaofeng Yin in the treatment of itching dermatosis.Methods:This study is from April 2017 to February 2018 in the Department of Dermatology,Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.The group of 52 cases of wind dampness heat type pruritic skin disease patients(including eczema,urticaria,pruritus),were randomly divided into two groups:modified Xiaofeng yin Decoction group and Xiaofeng Zhiyang Granules control group.The treatment group was treated with modified Xiaofeng yin(this is my tutor's clinical experience,the drug consists of Schizonepeta spike,windproof,kuhseng,burdock,cicada,tangerine peel,fresh white skin,radix rehmanniae,Cortex Moutan,scutellaria root,plantain seed,tuckahoe etc.)for treatment,the control group with xiaofengzhiyang granules for treatment.The treatment cycle was 14 days.The disease related data were collected before and after the treatment,the experimenter according to the patients skin lesions and pruritus in EASI and pruritus severity score table,the subjects were asked to complete the overall symptoms score,pruritus and pruritus scores of VAS questionnaire according to their own situation,according to the requirements of complex diagnosis and complete test.Statistical data,statistical method for analysis,draw conclusions.Results:For EASI and itchiness assessment scores,the treatment group and control group had lower scores after treatment than before treatment.The treatment group difference was 3.286±1.069,and the control group difference was 2.09±1.044.The decrease in the patients in the treatment group with modified Xiaofeng Yin was larger than that in the control group with Xiaofeng Zhiyang Granules(p<b.05).The difference was statistically significant.The overall scores of the patients' self-symptoms were compared with those of the treatment group and control group after treatment.With a decrease,the difference in the treatment group was 9.07±4.571,and the difference in the control group was 3.27±2.453.Compared with the decrease range of the two groups,the decrease rate of the patients in the treatment group with modified Xiaofeng Yin was larger than that in the control group with Xiaofeng Zhiyang.p<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;in the VPS score of pruritus,the treatment group and the control group had lower scores after treatment than before treatment.The difference between the treatment group was 2.52±1.167.and the difference in the control group was 0.59± 1.141.Comparing the decrease rate of the two groups,the decrease extent of patients in the treatment group with modified Xiaofeng Yin was larger than that in the control group with Xiaofeng Zhiyang,p<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Three aspects of EASI and itching score,the total score of patients' symptoms and the VAS score of pruritus,the scores of the treatment group and the control group were all lower than those before treatment,and there were statistical differences between the two groups after statistical analysis.The decrease of the two groups was significantly higher than that in the control group,p<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions:Modified Xiaofeng drink and xiaofengzhiyang granules can relieve rheumatism heat stagnation syndrome of pruritic skin disease in patients with pruritus,improve patient symptoms and general symptoms in patients with localized lesions,and the treatment group decreased significantly than the control group,and that Xiaofeng drink is xiaofengzhiyang granules can relieve itching skin disease patients local skin lesions and pruritus,improve overall symptoms of patients,is better than that of xiaofengzhiyang granules.In addition,the improvement of flushing,desquamation,drying and so on in the modified Xiaofeng Decoction group was better than that in Xiaofeng Zhi Yang granule group,especially in relieving itching degree.Therefore,this study believes that the effect of adding and reducing wind Decoction in alleviating the symptoms of itchy skin disease is affirmative,and has high clinical value.It is worth popularizing.
