Purposes:To explore the distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes and syndromes of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, and the correlation between the distribution of diabetic peripheral neuropathy and related factors, and hope to provide scientific and reliable theoretical basis for TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, and facilitate effective treatment.Relieve symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.Method:Collect the clinical data of patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy at the endocrinology clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine as the research object, collect relevant information, establish a database, use SPSS20.0 software for statistical analysis, and analyze to summarize the diabetic peripheral neuropathy. The characteristics of TCM syndromes and syndrome types.Result:1.There were 112 cases in this study. In terms of gender, there were 59 males and 53 females. In terms of age, most of them were middle-aged and elderly.2.Among the cases included in the study, the main pathological syndromes of diabetic peripheral neuropathy were spleen, stomach, liver and kidney. The distribution of diseased syndromes was blood stasis(94.6%)and yin deficiency(82.1%).Qi deficiency(45.5%),qi stagnation(33%),sputum(19.6%),heat accumulation(18.8%),yang deficiency(16.1%),cold(16.1%),blood deficiency(accounting for 12.5%),wet(7.1%).The syndromes of the disease are mainly composed of false and real syndromes, and the common syndromes of deficiency syndrome are mainly caused by yin deficiency. The common syndromes are mainly caused by blood stasis, and the distribution of disease syndromes of different genders. There was no significant statistical significance(p=0.449>0.05);there was no statistically significant difference in the distribution of diseased syndromes at different ages(p=0.977>0.05);distribution of diseased syndromes and DPN stages. In the period, blood stasis syndrome can occur, the higher frequency of the early and mid-term pathogenic factors are blood stasis, yin deficiency,qi deficiency,qi stagnation, heat, the frequency of late yang deficiency, phlegm and cold is significantly increased.3.According to the proportion of each syndrome type,it is qi-yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,phlegm-blocking blood stasis syndrome, yang deficiency cold-coagulation syndrome,liver-kidney yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, and damp-heat blocking syndrome. There was no statistically significant difference in the distribution of syndromes of different genders(p=0.25>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the distribution of syndromes at different ages(p=0.772>0.05).There was significant difference between syndrome distribution and DPN stage.Sexual difference(p<0.001),in the DPN stage, the early and middle stage is the most common qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. The mid-stage clinical manifestation of DPN is liver and kidney yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, phlegm obstruction and blood stasis syndrome are more common, and late DPN is more common.See the yang deficiency and cold coagulation certificate.Conclusion:1.The incidence of DPN is mainly middle-aged and elderly, and there is no significant difference between men and women;2.Diabetic peripheral neuropathy syndromes mainly include blood stasis, yin deficiency,qi deficiency, yang deficiency,qi stagnation, dampness, blood deficiency, heat, cold and phlegm. The common syndromes of deficiency syndrome are mainly yin deficiency. The common syndromes of blood deficiency are mainly blood stasis, and the disease is characterized by multiple syndromes. There is no significant difference in gender and age between the syndromes.3.DPN in the early, middle and late stages, blood stasis syndrome can occur, the higher frequency of the early and mid-term pathogenic factors are blood stasis, yin deficiency,qi deficiency,qi stagnation, heat, late yang deficiency, phlegm, cold occur frequently Increase. In the early and middle stages,Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome are the most common. In the middle stage of DPN,the frequency of liver and kidney yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and blood stasis syndrome are increased. The yang deficiency and cold coagulation syndrome are more common in the late stage of DPN.4.Diabetic peripheral neuropathy TCM syndrome type is most common in qi and yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, followed by phlegm block blood stasis syndrome, yang deficiency cold coagulation syndrome, liver and kidney yin deficiency and blood stasis syndrome, damp heat block syndrome, and each There were no significant differences in gender and age between syndrome types.
