| Purpose:To explore the characteristics of the shape and spirit of malignant lymphoma and the law of the use of traditional Chinese medicine.Provide a reference for further optimization of treatment options.Material and method: In this paper,a retrospective analysis method was used to collect patients with malignant lymphoma as the first diagnosis in the oncology department from 2013 to 2018.A total of 56 cases meeting the inclusion criteria were selected.Statistical analysis of God damage and Chinese medicines.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,the cases were selected,and the Excel database was used to enter the clinical data of the patient's name,gender,age,symptoms and signs,and the statistics and synthesis of the collected data were performed using Microsoft Excel software and the Chinese Medicine Heritage Supporting Platform System v2.5.analysis.Results:1.A total of 56 patients were included in the study.There were 28 females and 28 males;the median age was 59 years;47 patients were hospitalized and 9 were outpatients.A total of 208 prescriptions were collected.2.The degree of shape and injury of patients in each stage showed a gradual upward trend in the order of progression of the disease in three periods.There was no shape injury in the early stage,the medium-term shape injury index was 1.5,and the late form injury index was 2.1.The early injury index was 2.9,the medium-term injury index was 5.4,and the late form injury index was 6.9.3.In terms of treatment,the early and late stage are mainly treated with traditional Chinese medicine.The former belongs to the consolidation treatment,and most of them are treated with the addition of Chaihu Longmu Decoction.The purpose of treatment is absolute unity of the form and the latter is a simple Chinese medicine treatment.Such as Liujunzi soup,Shashen Maidong Tang,etc.,the purpose of treatment is to maintain the body function,to achieve a relatively unified shape and spirit.The medium-term treatment is relatively complicated.The application of traditional Chinese medicine is mainly based on protection,such as ginseng,astragalus,etc.,Fuzheng,Jianpi and stomach medicine,and a few exorcism drugs such as Prunella vulgaris and Fritillaria,combined with Western medicine for anti-tumor treatment.Protection,loading,and maintenance of treatment.Conclusion:Malignant lymphoma is mainly treated by anti-tumor treatment of western medicine.At the same time,according to the five treatment modes of traditional Chinese medicine(consolidation,protection,loading,maintenance,simple Chinese medicine treatment),traditional Chinese medicine treatment is used to achieve the best therapeutic effect and realize the shape of the god(absolutely \Relative)The purpose of unity.In principle,as the patient's course progresses,the proportion of the treatment is gradually reduced,focusing on the treatment of the gods,in order to improve the quality of life of patients.In the medication,the strength of the treatment of the shape injury is inversely proportional to the degree of disease progression. |
