| Purpose: Analysis of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of malignant lymphoma under the guidance of five modes of treatment in traditional Chinese Medicine in Cancerous person.Material and method: The patient hospitalize in the oncology department of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the outpatient of professor Yin Dongfeng from February 2013 to April 2017 whose first diagnosis was malignant lymphoma were collected.The cases that conform to the inclusion and exclusion criteria were classified into five treatment stages of traditional Chinese medicine,including protective treatment,loaded treatment,consolidated treatment,maintainable treatment and pure treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.Use Microsoft Excel software to establish the clinical information Database of patients,statistical analysis of the general state of the patients and the treatment of Chinese and Western Medicine,The SPSS19.0 software was used for the K-mean clustering analysis.The application of traditional Chinese medicine in each stage was counted and the percentage was calculated.Results:1.Supplement deficiency drugs are mainly used in the traditional Chinese medicine for malignant lymphoma,secondly antipyretic drugs are used.Herbal medicine of relieving cough and eliminating phlegm and asthma,herbal medicine of clearing damp and promoting diuresis are also used more.2.The traditional Chinese medicine treatment of malignant lymphoma can be classified into there parts:strengthening the body resistance,eliminating evil and symptomatic treatment.The application of strengthening the body resistance treatment of Chinese medicine includes the medicine group of invigorating the spleen and resolving phlegm,nourishing yin and replenishing qi and soothing the liver and qi.Detoxification group is mainly used to eliminating evil.Symptomatic treatment applications include TCM group of enriching the blood?relieving pain?helping digestion and arresting vomiting and helping sleep.3.The decoction mainly constituted by TCM group of invigorating the spleen and resolving phlegm oral and Chinese medicine injection therapy were used in protective treatment and loaded treatment stage;In consolidated and maintainable treatment stage,Chinese patent medicine were widely used;Most of the patients in the pure Chinese medicine treatment stage use the decoction constituted by the TCM group of invigorating the spleen and resolving phlegm and the group of nourishing yin and qi and at the same time combine with traditional Chinese medicine injection.4.Exorcism drugs were used during the whole process of TCM treatment of malignant lymphoma.In loaded and consolidated treatment stage exorcism drugs were used more than other stages,in the stage of the pure Chinese medicine treatment and protective treatment exorcism drugs were reduced.The medicine group of helping digestion and arresting vomiting were used in the stage of protective and maintainable treatment.The patients in the consolidated treatment stage mainly use the herbal medicine of enriching the blood,in loaded treatment and consolidated treatment stage the herbal medicine of helping sleep were used more.5.In protective and loaded treatment stage patients mainly use western treatment to subtract tumour,use TCM treatment to enhance mentality;In consolidated treatment stage,the TCM treatment was used to mitigate remnant side effects of western treatment and auxiliary use the herbal medicine to scavenge of residual small tumor lesions;In maintainable treatment stage TCM treatment was mainly used to subtract tumour,and at the same time use Caihu-Longu-Muli decoction to enhance mentality.During the stage of pure TCM treatment Yiqixiaoji decoction was used to enhance mentality and use the herbal medicine to scavenge tumor lesions as auxiliary.Conclusion: Patients in the stage of protective,loaded,consolidated,maintainable treatment and the patients with pretty performance status in the pure Chinese medicine treatment should make appearance-spirit absolute unity;When patient with terrible performance status in the pure Chinese medicine treatment stage,the goal was to make appearance-spirit relative unity(anti unification). |
