On Selection And Compatibility Of Acupuncture Treatment Of Cervical Spondylosis Based On Data Mining(Periodical Literature)

Objective:This research is based on cervical spondylosis,and carries out the research of acupuncture and moxibustion prescription in modern periodical literature,and analyzes the acupoint selection and compatibility rule of acupuncture and moxibustion for treating cervical spondylosis.The selection of acupoints and the spectrum of compatibility are established by data mining,which lays the foundation for the basic theory and clinical application of the optimization of the acupoints of the cervical spondylosis and the compatibility of acupoints.Methods:We searched the literature about acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis from 1949 to 2017,and screened journals according to inclusion and exclusion criteria.The acupuncture prescriptions in the literature were sorted out,and the database of acupuncture prescription was established.Through the data mining technology and the analysis of the inheritance auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine,the selection frequency,meridian,attribute,distribution and compatibility of the main points of the main arthralgia are analyzed,and the optimization of acupoints and the optimization rules of acupoints compatibility are formed.The main points of syndrome differentiation were statistically analyzed,and the main points of each syndrome were summarized.Results:Through screening and sorting,227 acupuncture prescriptions on cervical spondylosis were collected and 69 acupoints in the main acupoint were collected in the modern periodical literature.The total frequency was 388 times,covering 12 meridians.Frequency analysis of the main points of the main points:the frequency of frequent use of Jiaji point and Feng Chi point is the most frequent;the results of meridian correlation analysis mainly include the foot Shaoyang gallbladder meridian,the supervision vein and the hand sun small intestine meridian;the result of the position correlation analysis is the acupoints in the head and neck;the analysis results of the specific acupoints are the most used in the intersection point;the compatibility analysis:The majority of the "near compatibility" were the acupoints,and the best prescriptions were "FengChi,JiaJi","BaiHui","FengChi","FengChi and Tianzhu".The combination of "TaiXi and SanYinJiao" is selected for the selection of points of syndrome differentiation,and the selection of acupoints of wind cold and damp arthrargia type is "QuChi,WaiGuan acupoint,HeGu and JianYu" combination;the main type of qi stagnation and blood stasis type is the combination of HeGu and TianZong;phlegm dampness obstructing collaterals selection ZuSanli and FengLong combination;Qi and blood deficiency type selection ZuSanLi and ShenShu acupoint group together.According to different symptoms,the corresponding points were selected for symptomatic treatment,and the experience effective points for treatment of Bi disease were summarized.Conclusion:According to the characteristics of the disease,acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of arthralgia acupoints has the law of selecting acupoints through acupoint selection,local acupoint extraction,distal acupoint extraction,special acupoints and extra meridian points for selection of acupoints.Acupuncture and moxibustion for the treatment of arthralgia disease include the law of local matching points and the method of distant matching points.
