On Selection And Compatibility Of Acupuncture Treatment Of Gastric Gastroparesis Based On Data Mining

Objective: Using data mining technology system of acupuncture in the treatment of gastric paresis of modern periodical literature,explore the disease of acupoints selection and compatibility of the law.Methods: Collection of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of gastric paralysis of the modern journal Clinical Literature(diabetes mellitus patients with gastric paralysis,postoperative gastric mild paralysis and the disease of the main disease of the stomach),to meet the conditions of the standardization of the literature data processing.The processed data is input to the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine auxiliary platform for data mining,analysis of acupuncture in the treatment of gastric paresis of acupoints,meridians,location,specific rules of acupoints selection and compatibility features.Results: Three comprehensive gastroparesis type,the consistency of acupoint use and has high compatibility features.In choosing acupoints and acupoints on the frequency of use which is ranked in the top five is ST36,RN12,PC6,ST25,SP6;meridians use higher frequency of stomach meridian and Ren meridian of hand Jueyin pericardium;acupoint is mainly located in the lower extremity,chest,and abdomen;specific point is mainly five Shu acupoints and front Mu points,points and eight points higher frequency.On the acupoints compatibility characteristics,according to parts compatibility is mainly on the coordination of acupoints,distance distribution points,before and after the match point.According to the compatibility mainly follow the acupoints and rendezvous with acupuncture point;specific acupoints acupoints mainly reflects He-Mu conbination,eight acupoints acupoints,combined with acupoint acupoints.Conclusion: Acupuncture treatment of gastric paralysis in the selection of points with concentration and regularity,and therefore have the value of acupuncture points.Three comprehensive gastroparesis type,the consistency of acupoint use and has high compatibility features.The results of the data analysis of the patients with diabetic gastric paralysis,postoperative gastric light paralysis and the symptoms of gastric light paralysis were generally consistent,which reflected the feasibility of TCM symptomatic treatment.Zusanli and Zhongwan has the same indication,and for gastroparesis disease has good curative effect and is the core of the combination,and the Mu acupoints can be applied to the treatment of stomach paresis of the disease.
