Purpose:To observe the clinical curative effect of Osteoarthritis in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine targeted drug therapy(PNS),to explore the therapeutic effect of standardized treatment, and to play a useful guiding role in clinical application.Material and method: A total of 59 patients with osteoarthritis treated with traditional Chinese medicine targeted drug therapy(PNS)were collected from May 2017 to January 2018 for systematic analysis. The study included general information(gender, age, weight),causes of onset(stomach onset, smoking, drinking),symptoms and signs(pain, tenderness, stiffness, joint swelling, degree of activity),and symptoms. The WOMAC score was used to compare the changes of symptoms before and after treatment and explore its effectiveness.Establish a database and use statistical software SPSS17.0 for statistics and analysis of data. Results: 1.The proportion of female osteoarthritis patients in all age groups is higher than that of men.The largest number of patients with osteoarthritis 50-70 years old was 35.The average age of the patients was 65.32±11.63 years. The average weight of the patients was 66.73±8.09 kg,and the proportion of the patients weighing more than 65 kg was 69.69%.2.Among the causes of the onset of osteoarthritis in 59 cases,36 cases were due to chronic illness, deficiency of liver and kidney, and dystrophy. The patient's disease course was mostly within 1-10 years and was 32 cases.3.Among the 59 patients with osteoarthritis, the number of cases with liver-kidney deficiency or blood-stasis syndrome was the highest, which was 40 cases. The maximum effective rate of blood stasis syndrome, rheumatic fever or blood stasis syndrome was 100%,followed by liver and kidney loss.Virtual or blood stasis syndrome, stasis syndrome, wind and dampness stasis syndrome.4.The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine targeted drug therapy(PNS)in the treatment of osteoarthritis is 86.44%.Conclusion: 1.The incidence rate of osteoarthritis is the highest among older patients. The number of female patients is higher than that of male patients. The prevalence of osteoarthritis is related to body weight.2.59 cases of osteoarthritis in patients with the onset of the disease and the old long illness physically weak, generally longer duration.3.Traditional Chinese medicine targeted drug therapy(PNS)has a good effect on osteoarthritis, especially for blood stasis syndrome, rheumatic fever syndrome, and blood stasis type. This therapy has the best improvement in daily activities.
