Clinical Research Of Drug Combination Therapy On Osteoarthritis Knee

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of the drugs by intra-articular injection and Zushima tablets orally on KOA and the improvement of the score of clinical symptoms before and after treatment ,To provide a theoretical basis and clinical guidance for the drugs treatment on KOA.Methods: There are 120 KOA patients who have been corresponded with the diagnosis of traditional Chinese and western medicine and they have been randomly divided into three groups. Every group has 40 patients. The first treatment group treat of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate and Diprospan. The second treatment group treat of intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate and Songane Depot and Zushima oral drug tablets. The control group treat of a simple intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate. One course of treatment is 5 weeks. Uses to symptoms and singns quantification grading method, after five-week treatment, Respectively comparing three groups of patient's clinical symptoms grading before treatment with the patients clinical symptoms grading after treatment, and the joint function improvement and the curative effect maintence.Results: The first group which has 40 patients (48 knees) had 7 knees of relieves and 95% effectiveness. Second group which has 40 patients (48 knees) had 10 knees of relieves and 97.9% effectiveness. The control group which has 40 patients (47 knees) had 1 knees of relieves and 78.7% effectiveness. By statistics processing, treatment group has obvious difference with control group int relief and total effective rate(P < 0.05).Treatment group are better than the control group (P <0.05) in improving the symptoms and functional activity areas such as joints, then the second treatment group is superior to the first treatment group (P <0.05).Conclusion: 1,It is a valuable method to use intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate combined with Diprospan and Zushima oral drug tablets to treat KOA whichs grouping were cold resistance and blood block and qi-stagnancy and blood stasis,there have the value of clinical using;2,For treatment of KOA, sodium hyaluronate adding Diprospan Zushima tablets with the drug have better and longer efficacy than simple intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate;3,The new type of injection can reduce the pain caused by error injection and the pain of injection itself;4,The new type of injection can increase the utilization of drugs.
