"Three Acupoint With Feng" Combined Tongue Three Acupoint In Treating Post-stroke Pseudobulbar Palsy Of Clinical Research

Objective:Randomized controlled method, divided into treatment and control groups, observe the "Three acupoint with Feng" combined Tongue Three Acupoint in treating Post-stroke Pseudobulbar palsy of efficacy, to investigate the clinical significance and promotional in the methed treatment of Post-stroke Pseudobulbar palsy.Methods:60cases of poststroke shoulder-hand syndrome were randomly divided into a Treatment Group (30cases) and a Control Group (30cases). Routine treatments for cerebrovascular diseases including western medicine and acupuncture were applied as primary treatment in both groups. Addtionally, the treatment group was treated by "Three acupoint with Feng" combined Tongue Three Acupoint, Cases included in1day,14day evaluation and record Wa Tian Shi drinking a pilot scale, difficulty swallowing evaluation scale, NIHSS score scale, Visual analogue scale were observed.Results:Statistical analysis the two sets of baseline data (sex, age, disease duration, Wa Tian Shi drinking a pilot scale, difficulty swallowing evaluation, NIHSS score scale),(P>0.05),between the two groups were comparable, Againnafter treatment of the above scale assessment, through statistical analysis:Depression decline in the Wa Tian Shi drinking a pilot scale than before treatment, with statistical significance (P<0.05), between two groups wasstatistical significance (P<0.05),before and after treatment, difficulty swallowing evaluation scale the score before and after treatment of Control Group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), Score in NIHSS were improved in both Treatment goup and Control Group, the treatment group was statistically significant (P<0.01), the control group was statistically significant (P<0.01),but with no significant difference.Conclusion:In summary, the "Three acupoint with Feng" combined Tongue Three Acupoint in treating Post-stroke Pseudobulbar palsy of efficacy, the treatment can significantly improve patient’S clinical symptoms, the Wa Tian Shi drinking a pilot scale and difficulty swallowing evaluation scale test have been well repressented, and the high security, should promote in the clinical.
