A Retrospective Study Of Comprehensive Therapy In The Treatment Of Blood-heat Psoriasis

Objective:This thesis aims to conduct a retrospective analysis to 168 patients of psoriasis of blood heat type who have been admitted to the hospital in the recent two years,so as to learn about the influence factor,clinical features of blood heat type psoriasis and to employ the comprehensive treatment method of our department to treat blood heat type psoriasis,therefore providing reference for the clinical treatment of blood heat type psoriasis.Research method:we gathered 168 cases of blood heat type psoriasis inpatients who conform to inclusion/exclusion criteria and who had been admitted to the inpatient department of the Dermatology Department of Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning Traditional Chinese Medicine University from Jun.,2015 to Jun.,2017;all of them are treated with the comprehensive treatment method of our dept.We recorded all cases—we recorded their gender,age,onset seasons,incentive of relapse or deterioration,onset age,course of disease,family history,past medical history,laboratory examination,location of skin damage,the state of the skin damage before and after the treatment and the curative effect at discharge,etc.,results were analyzed via statistics,so as to analyze the curative effect of our hospital's comprehensive treatment method for the treatment of blood heat type psoriasis.Results:1.General conditions: there are 110 male cases and 58 female cases,the male female proportion is 1.90:1,the youngest onset age is 13 years old,the oldest onset age is 62 years of age,the average onset age is 35.82±11.12,of which 31-40 years of age is the age group with the greatest onset population.2.Course of disease: 22 of them have the disease for the first time,146 cases of them are relapsing patients;the shortest course of disease is 3 days,the longest course of disease is over 40 years;the most common course of disease is 5-10 years(33.93%),the over 15 years course of disease is relatively few(4.76%).3.Onset season: winter and spring is the season with the frequent occurrence,in summer the illness state becomes less serious.4.Inducing factor: 67 cases of them have specific inducing factors,of which the proportion of infection factor and psychological factor is relatively great.5.Family history: 29 cases of them have family history for psoriasis,accounting for 17.26% of the total patients,of which there are 14 cases of first degree relatives(8.33%)and 6 cases of second degree relatives(3.57%).6.Disease history: 29 cases are accompanied by one or more past medical history,accounting for 17.26% of the total cases.The higher proportion past medical history includes diabetes,fatty liver and hypertension.7.Location of the skin damage: most of the patients' skin damage location are body(161 cases,95.83%),scalp(71 cases,42.26%),arms and legs(50 cases--arms,29.76%;85 cases--legs,50.60%).8.Auxiliary examinations: 18 cases of them have abnormal white blood cell results,161 cases of them have abnormal immune function test results;at discharge,no obvious abnormality is seen in the blood routine examination results,kidney and liver function examination results of all patients.9.Efficacy observation indexes: In this study,168 patients had PASI scores of 19.20(2.50)before treatment,and PASI scores of 1.90(1.70)after treatment.There was a significant difference between before and after treatment(P<0.05).10.Treatment results: after using the comprehensive treatment method of our dept.,27 cases of them healed(16.07%),112 cases of them have obvious effects(66.67%),25 cases of them have effects(14.88%),the treatment of 4 cases of them are not effective(2.38%).The total effective rate of treatment is 97.62%.Conclusion:1.The onset age of blood heat type psoriasis patients varies greatly,and it is a disease more commonly seen in male.2.The course of disease is relatively long,and patients tend to relapse easily;the major inducements are infection and psychological factors.3.Season has certain influence on the occurrence and development of this disease.In winter and spring the condition will aggravate;in summer and autumn the condition will relieve.4.After adopting comprehensive treatment method,the patients' symptoms obviously improve,the total effective rate is high,the curative effect is obvious,the safety is guaranteed and the side effects are small.
