Analysis Of The Regularity Of Professor Jiang Shumin's Medication In The Treatment Of Ulcerative Colitis

OBJECTIVE: To use statistical methods to analyze the treatment of Professor Jiang Shumin about treating ulcerative colitis,to explore the experience in traditional Chinese medicine and academic thought for the treatment of the disease by Professor Jiang Shumin.Materials and Methods: This study selected first prescription of Professor Jiang Shumin on treating 50 cases of ulcerative colitis patients from February 2015 to February 2017,at expert clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine.1.Enter the first prescription of 50 patients into Microsoft Excel software to create a database.2.Using Microsoft Excel software to analyze the frequency of each drug in the database.According to the traditional Chinese medicine,made statistical analysis respectively to the flavor,channel tropism and efficacy category.3.Selected the 29 kinds of drugs commonly used,import SPSS Statistics 22.0,using correlation analysis and cluster analysis,draw icicles,dendrogram,According to the analysis results combined with clinical,to explore the treatment of ulcerative colon Inflammation of the academic ideas and medication experience by mentor.Result: 1.Result:Professor Jiang treats with UC patients in 50 cases,involving 69 drugs and herbs frequency for 727 in total.Statistics show that the treatment of UC has the following characteristics: a.Commonly used drugs: Astragalus,Bletilla,Coix Seed,Poria,white cardamom,Amomum,Rhizoma corydalis,toosendan,capillaris,Agastache,Patrinia,Purslane,coke betel,Magnolia;medicine slightly cold and warm more;more sweet drugs;channel tropism spleen and stomach more.;more heat-cleaning herbs.2.Through the analysis of correlation showed that treatment of UC commonly used drugs of Professor Jiang Shumin:Astragalus,Rhizoma bletillae,Coix seed,poria;Cardamom,amomum;Rhizoma corydalis,Toosendan;Patrina,purslane;Betel nut,Magnolia;Yam and lotus seed;Galli,divine comedy;Burnet,Sophora japonica;The combination of the three herbs is Sophora flavescens,dandelion and forsythia.3.The 29 high frequency drugs of Professor Jiang Shumin's treatment of UC were clustered into seven categories by cluster analysis.1 astragalus,Rhizoma Bletillae,Poria,coix seed,cardamom,amomum.2 Sophora flavescens,dandelion,forsythia,Rhizoma corydalis,Toosendan;,Betel nut,Magnolia.3 capillaris,lentils,patchouli.4 oysters,yam,lotus seed.5 Galli,divine comedys,6Citrus reticulata Blanco,Fritillaria.7Patrinia,purslane,the bark of ash,Sophora japonica,Burnet,pseudo-ginseng.Conclusion: 1 My teachers believe that UC is based on the weakness of the spleen and stomach.The intestinal humid heat is the condition of the disease.This position of the disease is mainly in the large intestine.It is closely related to the liver and lung of the spleen and stomach,"Dampness,heat toxin,blood stasis is the main pathogenic factors.2 the frequency of herbs reflected: "The characteristic of treating is in view of carbuncle.".3 the result of herbs flavor,channel tropism and efficacy category,reflects treatment principle is to distinguish the syndrome and seek the cause of the disease,dispel the pathogenic factors according to the situation,balance Yin and Yang?adjust the viscera.The main treatment method is to eliminate carbuncle and raw muscle,dissipate blood stasis and detoxification,Focus on the treatment of the spleen and stomach,both liver and spleen,and coordinate the body balance.4.Herbs correlation and cluster analysis showed that: Appropriate herbs compatibility,clinical flexible treatment,Give the appropriate treatment for different stages and different grades.Activating blood and removing stasis for patients with long course of disease,When the disease remission,use less bitter and cold herbs,Combination of internal and external treatment,The healing of the myogenic muscle,promoting muscle growth and healing of ulcers.
