Professor Jiang Shumin's Treatment Of Antibiotic-associated Diarrhea And Analysis Of Its Compatibility

Objective: This dissertation will study the medication and compatibility rules and theoretical thoughts of Professor Jiang Shumin in the treatment of antibiotic-related diarrhea by statistical methods such as frequency through the statistical software such as Excel and SPSS.Material and method: The clinical data of this study is the first clinics of antibiotic-related diarrhea patients treated by Professor Jiang Shumin from March 2015 to January 2017. (1) Database 1 is consisted of relevant information and the situation of taking medicine about 72 patients. (2) Database 2 is consisted of the statistics about the use of traditional Chinese medicine according to its efficacy, traits or taste and the attribute about meridian. (3) Database 3 is consisted of high frequency of medication and to cluster analysis about these drugs.Results:1. Database 1:? Ratio of male to female patients (37:35); The age is 18-82 years old ? The weight about a dose of medicine is used at least 180g,and at most 320g.The number of a dose of medicine is used at least 10 and at most 23.? Drugs used of high frequency are Astragalus, Poria, Yiyiren, lotus seeds and so on.2. Database 2:? Classified according to drug effects: the first three medicine is tonic herbs,diuresis moisturizing herbs, dampness herbs.? Classified according to traits or taste and the attribute about meridian: At traits or taste ,the first three are Gan, bitter, Xin; warm,flat and cold; At the attribute about meridian, the first three are the spleen, lung,and stomach.3. Database 3:The conclusion according to the cluster analysis is that, ? Yam, lotus seeds,Poria, etc. ? Cardamom, Sharen ; ? White lentils, Gorgon; ? Huoxiang, Perrin,capillaries.? Qin Pi, pomegranate skin,myrobalan;?Cheqianzi,Fangfeng ,etc .?Jineijin, Shenqu, Taizisen and so on.Conclusion:(1) Professor Jiang Shumin treats the disease following the treatment of healing the spleen and removing the moisture ; Inheritance and expansion anout nine ways to treatment of diarrhea; But also reflecting the theory about a ruler to treate middle jiao, must be balanced;The choice about prescription and medicine must be different for different people and according to symptomatic to treat.(2) Through the cluster analysis of high frequency drugs, we objectively analyzed the regular pattern about the Professor Jiang Shumin apply to treat the disease, and these regular pattern will to provide some reference about the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
