Study On The Treatment Of Helicobacter Pylori Associated Chronic Non - Atrophic Gastritis By Professor Jiang Shumin

Purpose:This study on helicobacter pylori infection chronic atrophic gastritis medic al record as the research object by Professor Jiang Shumin with the aid of modern st atistical methods then in-depth study the experience in traditional Chinese medinine(TC M) and academic thought for the treatment of the disease by Professor Jiang Shumin. Material and method:HP-related gastritis with spleen deficiency and dampnessheat syndrome patients medical records of Professor Jiang Shumin were collected duri ng October 2014 to September 2015.Set up a database and then used the method of c omputer data mining(frequency analysis,correlation analysis,clustering analysis et al) to frequency analysis the herbs involved in the Chinese traditional medicine prescription.At the same time we have made statistical analysis respectively to the flavor,channel t ropism and efficacy category.To correlation analysis and clustering analysis the herbs f or the frequency of more than 50(23 herbs in total).To discussed the results combined with the TCM basic theory at last. Results: 1.My teacher Professor Jiang Shumin clinic treatment HP-related gastritis with spleen deficiency and dampness-heat syndrome patients with 240 prescriptions,involving 120 d rugs,herbs frequency for 3643 in total.The commonly used drugs for the treatment of this disease are Astragalus,Poria,Coix Seed,Bletilla,Toosendan,Rhizoma corydalis,Oyster,Cardamom,Amomum,Artemisia capillaris,Sophora flavescens,Taraxacum,Forsythia,Fritillar y bulb,Silkworm excrement. 2.The commonly herbal pair to treat the Hp-related gastritis by my teacher are:Astraga lus,Bletilla;Poria,Coix Seed;Bletilla,Toosendan;Oyster,Cardamom;Kingpalm,Magnolia offic inalis;Yam,Lotus seed;Taraxacum,Forsythia and Fritillary bulb were the three herbs which were commonly used. 3.The nine mainly clustering prescriptions to treat this disease by my teacher are:(1)Astragalus,Bletilla;Poria,Coix Seed;Bletilla,Toosendan,Oyster;(2)Oyster;(3) Oyster,Cardam om;(4)Artemisia capillaries;(5)Taraxacum,Forsythia Fritillary bulb, Ampelopsis japonica;(6)Fritillary bulb;(7)Silkworm excrement;(8)Agastache Yam,Lotus seed;(9)Corium stoma chium galli,Medicated leaven,Magnolia officinalis, Kingpalm. Conclusion:My teacher Professor Jiang Shumin respectively from the etiology of t reatment based on differentiation and the carbuncle treatment helicobacter pylori correl ation of chronic atrophic gastritis.The disease based on spleen deficiency,dampness-heat as standard,disease meanly in the stomach, closely related to spleen and liver, the ma in pathogenesis as “humidity-resistance,thermal,qi deficiency,qi stagnation”.”The therapy of “reinforcing deficiency and diarrhea standard real” was establishd.Treat the releasing heat and eliminating dampness, detumescence and promoting granulation,relief liver f or smooth Qi,invigorating spleen and supplementing qi as fundamental law.Using the method of acrid-bitter herb and combination of Frigotherapy and Pyretotherapy.But usi ng herbs with bitter cold more than pungent-warm, invigorating the spleen and benefit ing the stomach and treat liver and lung always together.
