Effect Of Shensong Yangxin Capsule On Acute Phase Parameters After Pacemaker Implantation

Objective:To observe the effects of Shensong Yangxin Capsule on the atrial and ventricular pacing thresholds,intra-cardiac electrical signal P-wave and R-wave amplitudes in patients with atrial and ventricular premature beats after implantation of permanent cardiac pacemaker.Methods:40 patients with atrial premature beats and ventricular premature beats were implanted into the observation group(20 cases)and the control group(20 cases).The observation group was given 4 Shensong Yangxin capsules,which were orally taken 3 times a day,and the metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets 47.5 mg were taken orally once a day;the control group was given metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets 47.5 mg,taken orally once a day.The parameters of the two groups of patients before and after medication were compared at 10 d,30d and60 d.Results:1.Atrial thresholds: The atrial threshold of the observation group was 0.45 ±0.03 V before medication,and 0.68±0.03 V,0.67±0.02 V,and 0.60±0.02 V on the 10 th,30d,and 60 d after medication respectively;the atrial threshold of the control group was0.47±0.04 V before medication,and 0.67±0.03 V,0.69±0.03 V,0.60±0.03 V on the 10 th,30d,and 60 d after medication,respectively.There is no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Ventricular thresholds: In the observation group,the ventricular threshold was 0.71±0.02 V before medication,and the ventricular threshold was 0.70±0.02 V,0.75±0.02 V,0.71±0.03 V on the 10 th,30d,and 60 d after medication;in the control group,the ventricular threshold was 0.70±0.03 V before medication,and the ventricular threshold was 0.71±0.02 V,0.76±0.03 V,0.70±0.02 V at 10 d,30d,and 60 d after medication,respectively.There is no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P> 0.05).3.P wave amplitudes: the P wave amplitude of the observation group was3.72±0.02 mV before medication,and the P wave amplitude was 3.54±0.04 mV,4.71±0.03 mV,3.92±0.03 mV on the 10 th,30d,and 60 d after medication;the P wave amplitude of the control group before administration was 3.73±0.04 mV,and on the 10 th,30d,and 60 d after administration,the P wave amplitudes were 3.53±0.02 mV,4.70±0.04 mV,and 3.91±0.03 mV,respectively.There is no statistically significantdifference between the two groups(P> 0.05).4.R wave amplitudes: in the observation group,the amplitude of the R wave was 10.70±0.04 mV before medication,and the amplitude of the R wave was 9.70±0.03 mV,9.86±0.03 mV,9.73±0.03 mV on the 10 th,30d,and 60 d after medication respectively;the R wave amplitude of the control group before medication was 10.71±0.05 mV,and the R wave amplitudes were 9.71±0.04 mV,9.88±0.03 mV,9.73±0.02 mV on the 10 th,30d,and 60 d after medication,respectively.There is no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Shensong Yangxin Capsule has no significant effect on the parameters related to the acute phase after permanent pacemaker implantation.2.Patients with atrial and ventricular premature beats after pacemaker implantation can use this drug.
