Clinical Observation Of Shensong Dingji Prescription In The Treatment Of Ventricular Premature Beat With Anxiety In Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shensong Dingji Dec oction in treating ventricular premature beats with anxiety in pa tients with coronary heart disease(heart blood stasis type),the scores of TCM syndromes,the number of ventricular premature beats,the improvement of electrocardiogram and the changes of anxiety scor.Methods:Randomized grouping of 60 subjects in accordance with this experiment.During the four-week course of treatment,the control group was treated with routine western medicine,while the treatment group was treated with Shensong Dingji Prescription.Relevant information of two groups of patients before and after treatment was recorded,such as basic information,ECG treatment,TCM syndrome score,Holter,anxiety score and liver and kidney function index.SPSS22.0 was used to analyze the data.Results:There were 60 patients,30 in the control group and 30 in the treatment group.①There is significant difference in the curative effect of TCM syndromes between the two groups.After treatment,the average total score of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was less than that in the control group.#P=0.000<0.01,The difference has obvious statistical significance,It shows that the treatment group is superior to the control group in improving the total score of TCM symptoms.The clinical effect of treatment group is higher than that of control group.The total effective rate was 93.33%in the treatment group and 73.33%in the control group.②The reduction of premature ventricular beats in both groups was effective.After treatment,the average number of premature beats in the treatment group was less than that in the control group.#P=0.007<0.01,The difference has obvious statistical significance,indicating that the treatment group is better than the control group in reducing the number of premature beats.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 80.00%,and that of the control group was 66.67%.The marked efficiency of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.③There was no significant change in ECG before and after treatment.Afterχ2test,The results showed that P>0.05,There was no significant difference between the two groups,indicating that the two treatments had little effect on ST-T changes in ECG.④In terms of S AS score,the average SAS score in the treatment group was less than that in the control group after treatment,#P=0.000<0.01,The difference has obvious statistical significance,indicating that the treatment group is better than the control group in improving SAS score.The total effective rate was 96.67%in the treatment group and 86.67%in the control group.The patients’anxiety state improved significantly after treatment.⑤There was no abnormal change in safety index before and after treatment in the two groups.Conclusion:Shensong Dingji Prescription has a significant clinical effect on ventricular premature beat(heart blood stasis type)with anxiety state in patients with coronary heart disease.It can significantly improve the TCM syndrome score,reduce the number of premature ventricular beats,but not significantly improve the ECG of patients,reduce the SAS score of patients,and ensure the safety of clinical application.
