Observation On The Curative Effect Of Jiawei Zhuling Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Heart Failure (deficiency Of Both Qi And Yin And Mutual Syndrome Of Water And Heat)

Objective:To observe the effect and safety of Modified Zhuling Decoction in treatment of chronic heart failure in patients with deficiency of Qi-yin and interaction of water and heat.Material and method:According to the randomized and controlled study method,admitted to One department of Internal Medicine-Cardiovascular Department in Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2015-2017 January inpatient that in line wirh the diagnosis and inclusion criteria,a total of 60 cases were randomly divided into tream=tment group and control group,each group of 30 cases.In the control group were treated with western drug therapy for 2 weeks,and treatment group were treated with Modified Zhuling Decoction based on the western drug therapy,in 100 ml three times a day for 2 weeks too.Observation was made to record two groups of patients before and after treatment of Score of TCM syndrome and Lee's score of heart failure,NYHA functional class,B brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),and regular monitoring adverse reaction index to observe the safety.The statistical method used SPSS10.0 statistical software to analyze the data.The counting data was compared with x2 test,and the measurement data were tested by test.Results: 1.curative effect evaluation:1.1 TCM syndrome integral change: after treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group is 93.3%,and the total effective rate of the control group is 70%,P<0.05,indicating that the experimental group is better than the control group.1.2 Lee heart failure integral change: after treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.7%,the total effective rate of the control group was 70%,P<0.05,indicating that the experimental group was better than the control group.1.3 NYHA functional class change: after treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.7%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 73%,P<0.05,indicating that the experimental group was better than the control group.1.4 The curative effect of BNP: after treatment,BNP decreased in both the experimental group and the control group,and the difference was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),indicating that treatment can indeed reduce BNP level.In addition,there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)after treatment,and it could be considered that the efficacy of the test group was better than that of the control group.1.5 Left ventricular ejection fraction: compared before and after treatment,the efficacy of LVEF in both the experimental group and the control group increased.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P<0.05),indicating that treatment can improve the efficacy of LVEF.In addition,there was no significant difference in the curative effect between the experimental group and the control group(LVEF)after treatment(P>0.05).2.Safety evaluation:the safety indexes of the experimental group were not founded abnormal efter treatment.Including the urine,liver founction,kidney founction and adverse reaction.Conclusion:1.Modified Zhuling Decoction can improve chronic heart failure(Qi Yin deficiency and water heat stasis syndrome)the clinical symptoms of the patients.2.Modified Zhuling Decoction can improve chronic heart failure(Qi Yin deficiency and water heat stasis syndrome)patients with heart function.3.Modified Zhuling Decoction(Qi Yin deficiency and water heat interties)have better security.
