Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Shenfuyangxin Decoction On Yang Deficiencyand Water Stagnation Chronic Heart Failure Of Coronary Heart Disease

Objective: By using the effects of Shenfu Yangxin Decoction on TCM syndrome score,serum brain natriuretic peptide(NT-pro BNP)level,six-minute walking test distance,echocardiography and cardiac function classification of New York Heart Association(NYHA)in patients with chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease(yang deficiency water stagnation),we evaluated the effect of Shenfu Yangxin Decoction on chronic heart failure of coronary heart disease(yang deficiency water stagnation).Methods: Through the screening of patients with cardiac function II ～ III hospitalized in the Fourth Department of Cardiology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese medicine from December 2020 to January 2022,40 patients who met the inclusion criteria and took the basic treatment of Western medicine as the control group were randomly selected,and 40 patients who met the inclusion criteria and were treated with Shenfu Yangxin Decoction on the basis of Western medicine as the treatment group.The course of treatment was 4 weeks,Observe and compare the changes of serum brain natriuretic peptide level,six minute walking test distance,cardiac ultrasound index,total score of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and clinical curative effect between the two groups before and after treatment,and analyze them with statistical software.Result:1.NT-pro BNP level: after 4 weeks of treatment,the NT pro BNP level of 80 patients in the two groups decreased significantly compared with that before treatment(P < 0.05),but the decrease in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group(P <0.05).2.Six minute walking test distance: after 4 weeks of treatment,the six minute walking distance of 80 patients in the two groups was improved compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The walking distance of the treatment group was increased more significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Cardiac ultrasound indexes: after 4 weeks of treatment,the cardiac ultrasound indexes(LVEF,LVESV and LVEDV)of 80 patients in the two groups recovered compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The indexes in the treatment group recovered more,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Comparison of quantitative score of TCM syndrome: after 4 weeks of treatment,the total score of TCM syndrome of 80 patients in the two groups was improved compared with that before treatment.The effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.Clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine: after 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical symptoms of 80 patients in the two groups were relieved compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05),and the decrease in the treatment group was more obvious than that in the control group(P < 0.05).The effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine was 92.50%,and that of Western medicine alone was only 75.00%.The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Modified Shenfu Yangxin Decoction Combined with conventional western medicine can effectively reduce the level of NP pro BNP in patients with heart failure.2.The addition and subtraction of Shenfu Yangxin Decoction Combined with conventional western medicine can effectively prolong the 6-minute walking test distance of patients with aging.3.Modified Shenfu Yangxin Decoction Combined with conventional western medicine can effectively improve the cardiac ultrasound indexes and cardiac function classification of patients.4.Shenfu Yangxin Decoction Combined with conventional western medicine can effectively improve the score of TCM symptoms.5.Shenfu Yangxin Decoction Combined with conventional western medicine can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in patients with chronic heart failure of Yang deficiency and water stagnation coronary heart disease.
