Objective:Meta-analysis was used to systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of acne treated with red and blue light combined with Chinese herbs.Cluster analysis was used to explore the relevance of the Chinese medicines involved in the literature. Methods: The author screens and retrieves relevant keywords, designs a rigorous and effective literature retrieval program, applies the Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),Wanfang digital periodical group(Vanfang digital periodical group),the VIP Chinese Science Periodical Database(VIP),and Chinese biomedical literature The database(Sino Med)and manual search are used for literature search. The time range of collecting documents is from the beginning of each database database to January 2018.Search literature on randomized controlled trials of acne treated with red-blue or red-blue and Chinese herbs for internal use.Strict determination and screening are implemented, and inclusion and exclusion indicators are established. The corresponding research literature is selected.Review Manager 5.3 and Stata 13.0 statistical software are used for mapping and literature data analysis.Furthermore,a meta-analysis was performed on the efficacy, recurrence rate, efficacy evaluation, efficacy score, sensitivity and publication bias assessment of the red-blue combination therapy group and the single-use red-blue control group. The application of spss19.0 software to the Chinese medicine involved in the study literature was performed.Perform cluster analysis.Results:1.This meta-analysis included a total of 6 articles with a total of 593 patients. The results showed that the efficacy of the combined therapy group was better than that of the red and blue control group,OR = 3.04,95% CI(2.20,4.21),(Z = 6.73,P<0.001);the combined treatment group had better efficacy than the red and blue control group.Group,RR =1.42,95%CI =(1.27,1.59);In this study, there were 2 literatures of comparative skin lesion scores. The results showed that the degree of score reduction in the combined treatment group was significantly greater than that of the red and blue control group,WMD=-2.20,95% CI(-2.78,-1.61);The combined treatment group relapse rate was significantly lower than the red and blue control group,RR = 0.37,95% CI(0.14,1.00);the above four groups of analysis were statistically significant.Sensitivity analysis shows that the research results of this project are relatively stable.Begg's,Egger's funnel plot shows no obvious publication bias.2.Clustering analysis results: The Chinese medicines involved in the literature are frequently used in the literature: Astragalus membranaceus,Hedyotis diffusa,Salvia miltiorrhiza, and licorice;associated drugs are: Forsythia-honeysuckle,and violet-dandelion.Conclusion:1.The effective rate of combined acne treatment is higher than that of single red acupuncture therapy. The recurrence rate of combined acne treatment is lower than that of red blue light alone. The combined treatment acne treatment efficacy score is lower than that of single red blue light medicine treatment, and combined treatment acne therapy efficacy evaluation Higher than blue light medical therapy alone.2.Cluster analysis of the associated drugs for Forsythia-honeysuckle and Viola yedoensis-dandelion.
