The Efficacy Of The Treatment Of Acne With The Type Of Wind-heat Of Pulmonary By Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined With Red Blue Light And The Changes Of Interleukin-1and Interleukin-6

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and the impact of interleukin-1andinterleukin-6on treatment of acne with the type of wind-heat of pulmonary by traditionalChinese medicine combined with red blue light.Methods:The60cases was divided into two groups random，treatment group of28persons by traditional Chinese medicine combined with red blue light, as compared withtan capsules group of32persons by Tanshinone capsule combined with red blue light.Both groups were also topical cream Xiaocuo Lo Mei.The two groups were observed for8weeks,and see the doctor every2weeks. The clinical efficacy was compared before andafter treatment the level of the interleukin-1and interleukin-6was observed.Results: After treatment,the treatment group healed rate is78.57%, the total effectiverate is96.43%,better than the control group healed rate is40.63%, the total effective rate is71.88%. After treatment,serum interleukin-1and interleukin-6were decreased,but thetreatment group had a obvious decline.The difference was statistica significant.Conclusion:The treatment of traditional Chinese medicine Combined with red bluelight has the exact efficacy and few side effects, which is worthy of popularizing. Highlevel of serum interleukin-1and interleukin-6are two important factors in the disease.
