Literature Research And Theoretical Discussion On The Names And Properties Of Acupoints

Purpose:To study the concept and connotation of acupoint names,through combing the ancient and modern literature of traditional Chinese medicine,and the origin and development of the name of acupoints are explored,so as to understand the essence of traditional Chinese medicine of acupoint theory,explore the theoretical basis of acupoint nature,restore the essence of traditional Chinese medicine of acupoint nature,and provide theoretical basis and guidance for clinical treatment of diseases.Material and method:By using the method of literature research,focusing on ancient and modern books of traditional Chinese medicine included in the Chinese Medical Code,and referring to Wanfang Database,CNKI and other literature libraries,this paper comprehensively collects information about the names of acupoints in the literature of all previous dynasties,explores and sorts out the development venation of the origin and name evolution of acupoints,and studies and discriminates the evolution process of the concepts and connotations related to acupoints.Results:1.Since ancient times,there have been many kinds of statements about acupoints,such as " Hui"," Qi-xue" and " Kong-xue",etc.Shu is the earliest statement,especially " Kong-xue" is the most commonly used and widely spread.Although the concepts of acupoints in ancient medical books have different connotations,they all refer to places of " spirit travel" in essence.The appearance of acupoints is closely related to ancient philosophy and coexists with clinical treatment from ancient to present.2.The ancient people's process of discovering and recognizing acupoints has gone through a long historical period.There are many appellations for the names and concepts of acupoints,which are constantly changing with the development of society,indicating that many doctors of various generations know acupoints from different angles.With the development of the society,many doctors have explained their understanding of acupoints from different angles.Since ancient times,acupoints have produced many kinds of statements,such as " Hui"," Qi-xue" and " Kong-xue." "Shu " is the earliest statement," Kongxue " is the most commonly used and widely spread.Although the concepts of acupoints in ancient medical books have different connotations,the appearance of acupoints is related to ancient philosophy.Although the theories are different,they all contain the relevant contents of the movement of meridians and qi.Therefore,the essence of acupoints refers to the parts of " spirit travel" and acupoints.3.Excavate and recognize the original appearance of acupoints from ancient documents.The nature of acupoints is related to the location,function and treatment of acupoints and acupuncture methods.This study believes that the nature of acupoints has two aspects: commonness and individuality.The nature of acupoints can explain the yin-yang and five elements of acupoints,and can represent the regulating effect of acupoints on the body's deficiency,excess,cold,heat,qi and blood states,which is the basis for understanding the efficacy of acupoints.The study found that the acupoint nature is not static,and the physiological and pathological state of the body,acupuncture technique and acupoint compatibility all have an impact on the acupoint nature.Conclusion:1.The reason why the names of acupoints show so many changes from ancient times to today is closely related to people's understanding of human physiology and nature,but its essence and function are the same.By systematically sorting out the concept origin of acupoints and the contents related to acupoints,this paper deeply discriminates the names and connotations of acupoints in different periods.The naming of acupoints has undergone a long historical process and has extremely rich meaning and connotation.Different names represent different understandings.2.The discovery and understanding of acupoints has a long historical process,which is closely related to both the infiltration of ancient Chinese philosophy and the experience of longterm medical practice.The discovery and understanding of acupoints are full of the influence of the idea of " harmony between heaven and man",that is,the expression of human life activities,the place where human healthy qi resides,and the place where evil spirits visit.Although the names and concepts of acupoints have changed dynamically in history,they have not been divorced from the influence of traditional Chinese philosophy.Even though there is no consensus on understanding and understanding the connotation of the names of acupoints at present,the names,concepts and connotations of these dynamic changes can be traced and have practical significance to the guidance of clinical practice.3.The discovery and understanding of the function of acupoints has a long history.The concept of acupoints was not put forward until modern times,but the related understanding has been reflected in the Neijing period.A deep understanding of the concept and connotation of acupoints is of great value in grasping the main efficacy and function of acupoints,and is the key to guiding modern acupuncture and moxibustion in treating diseases and improving the curative effect by using the theory and thinking mode of traditional Chinese medicine.The understanding and research of acupoints should be based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,use the thinking of traditional Chinese medicine,give full play to the role of acupoints,guide clinical application and modern research,and develop the advantages of acupuncture.
