Study On The Rule Of Selecting Acupoints For Acupuncture Treatment Of Palpitations

Purpose:Collect the points selected by various medical experts for acupuncture treatment of palpitations.Through statistical analysis,summarize and discuss the rules of acupuncture treatment for palpitations and guide the clinical treatment.Material and method:Materials: The research materials in this article are mainly from Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),Wanfang Medical Database,Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database(VIP)and other databases to retrieve literature related to acupuncture treatment for palpitations.The publication time is1993.05-2020.05.Methods: According to the search strategy,it was searched in Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI),Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),Wanfang Medical Database,Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database(VIP)and other databases.The retrieved documents were included in the literature according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria analysis.This article has collected and combed a large number of materials for acupuncture treatment of palpitations and acupuncture points in modern journal literature for more than 20 years,and summarized the rules of acupuncture point selection for acupuncture treatment of palpitations by collating data.Results:1.Acupuncture point statistics for acupuncture treatment of palpitations: the top 10 ranked by frequency are Neiguan,Xinshu,Zusanli,Shenmen,Danzhong,Jueyinshu,Sanyinjiao,Juque,Ximen and Guanyuan.2.Acupuncture treatment of palpitations syndrome statistics: a total of 23 syndromes,the top 5most frequently ranked syndromes are stasis-heart syndrome,heart-qi deficiency syndrome,heart-yang deficiency syndrome,phlegm-turbidity syndrome,heart yin Deficiency syndrome,in which the frequency of blood stasis syndrome is the highest.3.The top 5 compatibility of acupoint correlations are: "Xinshu-Neiguan","Zusanli-Neiguan","Shenmen-Neiguan","Danzhong-Neiguan" and "Jueyinshu-Neiguan".4.The cluster analysis of acupuncture points commonly used to treat palpitations can be divided into the following cluster groups: the first category is Neiguan and Zusanli;the second category is Xinshu and Jueyinshu;the third category is Danzhong,Juque,Xinping;Category 4 is Shenmen,Sanyinjiao;Category 5 is Ximen,Fenglong,Guanyuan,Qihai,Taixi,Pishu,Shenshu,Geshu,Xuehai,Taichong,Daling,and Jianshi,Gongsun,Tongli,Hegu,Xinqu,Zhongwan,Feishu,Ashi,Danshu,Ganshu.5.The complex network analysis results of acupuncture treatment of palpitations points suggest that Neiguan,Zusanli,Xinshu,Shenmen,Danzhong,Jueyinshu,Sanyinjiao,Guanyuan,Juque,and Pishu are the top 10 nodes in the network,among which Guanxue ranked first as the most important core node.6.Acupuncture treatment of heart palpitations syndrome and acupoint correlation rules analysis: the top 5 frequencies are "stasis and heart pulse syndrome-Neiguan","phlegm turbidity syndrome-Fenglong","Xinyang stasis syndrome-"Neiguan","Heart-qi deficiency syndrome-Neiguan","Phlegm-turbidity syndrome-Neiguan".Conclusion:1.The main acupuncture points used for acupuncture treatment of palpitations are Neiguan,Zusanli,Xinshu,Shenmen,Danzhong,Jueyinshu,Sanyinjiao,Guanyuan,Juque,and Pishu.2.Acupuncture treatment of palpitations syndrome is the most common stasis syndrome.3.Neiguan acupoint is the core acupuncture point for treating palpitations.Stagnation of heart pulse syndrome,heart yang deficiency syndrome,heart-qi deficiency syndrome,and phlegm-turbidity syndrome can all be taken from Neiguan acupoint;Xinshu,Zusanli,Shenmen,Danzhong,and Jueyinshu were treated for palpitations.
