Observation On The Clinical Curative Effect Of Acupuncture At Rendu Acupoints In The Treatment Of Vertebrobasilar Arterial Insufficiency Of Qi And Blood Deficiency Vertigo

Purpose:The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at Ren and Du acupoint treatment of vertebrobasilar insufficiency of qi and blood deficiency type vertigo,as well as changes in vascular pulse index and related arterial blood flow velocity index before and after treatment in acupuncture and Guancuo acupuncture points,trying to provide more valuable perfect methods for them and application basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.Material and method: All sixty patients who met the diagnostic criteria were stochastically divided into the experimental group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).The control group was treated with basic neurology;the experimental group was given the needle acupuncture and gushing points on the basis of neurology and the selected at Ren and Du acupoint.Acupuncture is performed once a day for 30 minutes each time.A course of continuous treatment is 7 days,and one treatment cycle is 2 courses.The indicators of the pre-treatment and post-treatment of the experimental group and the control group were observed.The specific indicators included TCD,TCM syndrome efficacy,and TCM syndrome scores.Results:1.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in the experimental group were obviously lower than those before treatment,and the test group was significantly decreased.The results were statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Comparison of therapeutic effects of TCM syndromes: Compared with the curative effect before and after treatment of TCM syndromes,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group and comparable(P<0.05).3.Comparison of TCD: Systolic Velocity(VS)of the two groups was significantly increased after treatment,and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).The former was significantly better than the latter in the up-regulation of the experimental group and the control group (P<0.05);the index of blood pressure(PI)decreased significantly after treatment in both groups,and the experimental group and the control group were down-regulated.The former is significantly better than the latter(P<0.05).Comparable(P<0.05).Conclusion:This study proved that the use of acupuncture at Ren and Du acupoint method to treat vertigo with vertebrobasilar insufficiency has a good effect,which in turn confirms the connection between the Ren Du Vessel and the brain and qi and blood;In improving the patient’s vertigo syndrome and brain VBI blood flow,it is better than the western medicine group.Significant improvement in the symptoms of patients with vertigo,Most patients are easily accepted to acupuncture treatment,which improves the cure rate of this disease and improves the patient’s health index.medical practitioners are widely used in clinical practice.
