| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of XuanYun Decoction (XYD) on treating Vertebrobasilar Insufficiency of Qixuxueyu Syndrome.Methods:60 patients with Vertebrobasilar Insufficiency of Qixuxueyu Syndrome were divided randomly into two groups and treated respectively. The control group had been treated with Nimodipine,the other group had been treated with XuanYun Decoction. The patients' symptoms and changes of TCD before and after treatment are observed.Result:The XuanYun Decoction can obviously improve the clinical symptom and abnormal flow of TCD,There were statistics differences between the two groups (P<0.05).There were no adverse in XYD clinical application.Conclusions:XuanYun Decoction is obviously effective on the treatment of Vertebrobasilar Insufficiency with TCM syndrome of Qixuxueyu Syndrome. |
