Professor Gao Tianshu's Clinical Study And Academic Thinking Analysis On Differentiation And Treatment Of Primary Hypothyroidism

Purpose:Through collecting,summarizing and sorting out the medical records of Professor Tianshu Gao treating primary hypothyroidism,the Chinese herbal medicine information in the medical record was imported into Excel table and SPSS software,and based on the analysis of data mining technology,To probe into professor Tianshu's Gao treatment of primary hypothyroidism and its academic thought,and to provide effective basis and new ideas and methods for clinical treatment of this disease.Material and method:The source of the case is a primary hypothyroidism patient from the expert outpatient clinic of Tianshu Gao,affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese Medicine.The time range is from September 1st 2013 to November 30 th 2017.The information of the patients(such as name,sex,age and medication)was entered into the Excel 2013 table to make it into a database.After statistical analysis,my teacher used 233 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of this disease.According to the teaching material of the 12 th Five-Year Plan of General higher Education,"Pharmacology of traditional Chinese Medicine",the drugs are classified,and then the kinds of drugs and the core drugs most commonly used by our teacher are obtained.IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0 was introduced,and the drugs with frequency greater than 25% were selected for cluster analysis and Pearson correlation method was used to obtain the rule of drug use in the treatment of primary hypothyroidism.Results: 1.A total of 122 cases,including 284 consultations,involving 233 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,were collected.The total frequency of drug use was 4199.Through statistical analysis,it was concluded that the medicine used by Professor Tianshu Gao most frequently in the treatment of this disease was the medicine for tonifying qi(50.8222mm),the medicine for reinforcing yang(20.50%),the medicine for reinforcing blood(16.4545),the medicine for tonifying yin(12.23%),and the other drugs for removing heat,resolving phlegm and regulating qi.Antipods and drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis were added or subtracted with the disease.2.The core drugs used by Professor Tianshu Gao in the treatment of primary hypothyroidism were divided into five categories: the first type: Fritillaria thunbergii,Curcuma curcumae,oyster,Pinellia ternata,Prunella subtilis,Perilla perilla;The second category: Astragalus,Angelica sinensis,fragrant;the third category: Scutellaria;4th: Bupleurum,Radix Paeoniae rubra;5th: Atractylodes macrocephala,Codonopsis,licorice,Chen Pi.Conclusion: 1.My teacher in the treatment of tonifying deficiency medicine as the core drugs,with heat-clearing drugs,phlegm drugs,Qi-regulating drugs,antiapparent drugs and blood stasis drugs.2.My teacher in the treatment of tonifying deficiency medicine as the core drugs,with heat-clearing drugs,phlegm drugs,Qi-regulating drugs,antiapparent drugs and blood stasis drugs.
