Research On Refractory Nephropathy Therapeutic Scheme And Syndrome Regular Pattern

Purpose:To explore standardized treatment with the combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) and Western Medicine(WM) and improve therapeutic effect of refractory nephrotic syndrome by observing the clinical effects of refractory nephrotic syndrome with the combination of TCM and WM, concluding the TCM syndrome type distribution character in different glucocorticoid service stages and comparing the difference of their respective effects.Method:106cases of refractory nephrotic syndrome who met the test standards of this research were selected, and divided into TCM-WM group(treatment group) and WM group(control group) in accordance of randomized and controlled principle. The situation of the two groups before and after the treatment were observed and research-ed, such as TCM syndrome score,24-hour urinary protein, plasma albumin, blood lipids, liver and kidney functions, to make evaluation on comprehensive effects and safety; after finishing the experiment, according to the glucocorticoid service stages (sufficient dose, medium dose, and low dose), patients were divided into different groups with the statistics of TCM syndrome distribution situation of each group being made.Result:In the comprehensive effect aspect, the total efficiency of the treatment group was86.5%, while the control group was68.0%, whose difference had statistical signi-ficance (P<0.05). In the aspect of urinary protein reducing, elevation of plasma albu-min, cholesterol and triglycerides decreasing, the treatment group was superior to the control group, whose difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). In the aspect of TCM syndrome therapeutic effect, the total efficiency of the treatment group was84.6%, While the control group was66.0%, showing that the clinical syndrome can be improved by treatment group as well as the effects (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the side effects caused by glucocorticoid, cytotoxic drugs etc. were reduced obviously. The difference of TCM syndrome type distribution existed in different glucocorticoid service stages (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the case of refractory nephropathy treatment, reducing of the urinary protein and blood lipid, elevation of the plasma albumin, improving clinical syndrome can be achieved by both WM and TCM-WM treatment;but the treatment with the combination of TCM and WM is superior to the treatment with WM. Traditional Chinese Medicine can improve the clinical effects of glucocorticoid and cytotoxic drugs and reduce their side effects. With the alteration of the glucocorticoid service stage, the distribution of TCM syndrome type changes.
