Observation Of The Clinical Efficacy Of Duhuojisi Decoction Combined With Kyphoplasty In The Treatment Of Stage I And II Kümmell's Disease

Objective: To observe the effects and complications of kyphoplasty and Duhuo Jisheng decoction for the treatment of Kümmell's disease.Methods: Twenty-two patients with Kümmell disease were treated with vertebroplasty.The control group(vertebroplasty and treatment)consisted of 11 patients with11 vertebral bodies(vertebroplasty and decoction group)11 patients a total of 11 vertebral body.The patients' pain changes were assessed by visual analogue scale(VAS)at 1 day before surgery,1 day after surgery,1 month after surgery,and 1 year after surgery respectively.The Oswestry disability index(ODI)Functional activity changes,preclude the use of X-ray and CT examination kyphotic Cobb angle,follow-up calculation of kyphosis correction rate,and observe the leakage of bone cement,vertebral fracture recurrence and other complications.Comparison of the control group and the decoction for the treatment of Kümmell disease clinical effects and complications occurred.Results:1.Percutaneous vertebroplasty and percutaneous kyphoplasty combined with gelatin sponge packing is a safe and effective method for the treatment of Kümmell's disease,and its pain will relief obviously and can correct kyphotic deformity.2.After the patient treated by syndrome differentiation syndrome Duhuo Jisheng decoction plus oral administration in the long term can effectively improve the symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients;3.Percutaneous vertebroplasty and percutaneous kyphoplasty combined with gelatin sponge tamponade combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction combined application can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and can reduce the occurrence of vertebral fracture.conclusions:Vertebroplasty and kyphoplasty gel sponge treatment of Kümmell's disease in clinical have better analgesia,improve function and early kyphosis correction effect,but for the long-term effect of improvement is limited,and postoperative application of independenceand living Parasitic soup for the improvement of long-term function and kyphosis correction has significantly improved.
