Effect On Lower Extremity Deep Venous Throm Bosis With Prevention By Modified Taohong Siwu Tang After Gynecological Surgery

Objective: By observing the dynamic changes of hemorheology, coagulation function and femoral vein blood flow velocity on hysterectomy patients due to uterine myoma,adenomyosis,to investigate the effect of Modified Taohong Siwu Tang on laboratory each index,evaluation the efficacy and safety after using of this drug to prevent Deep Venous Thrombosis(DVT)after gynecological surgery, to provide reference for the prevention of DVT after gynecological surgery.Methods: In strict accordance with the selection criteria cases, select total 60 hysterectomy patients hospitalized in the third hospital in Wuhan from June 2013 to December 2014,divide into test group 30 cases and control group 30 cases.The control group treated by conventional surgery and do lower extremity functional training. On the basis of the control group treated,the test group taking Modified Taohong Siwu Tang from the first day after surgery,2 times a day,even served 5 day.before surgery,1 day,6 days after surgery detection hemorheology and coagulation function,before surgery and 6 days after surgery routine bilateral lower extremity venous colordoppler to observe whether deep venous thrombosis,and detects the femoral vein blood flow velocity.3 days after surgery,two groups of patients with abdominal wound pain rows visual analogue scale(VAS score).If postoperative pelvic drainage tube,recording its drainage.The results of the two groups observed indicators were statistically analyzed.Results:(1)Laboratory parameters:1 day after surgery,level of hemorheology,D-dimer,FIB in the two group were significantly higher than before(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between groups;6 days after surgery,blood rheology,D-dimer,FIB in control group,still higher than preoperative(P<0.05).In the test groups,low-cut viscosity of whole blood was lightly lower than preoperative(P < 0.05),medium-cut,high-cut viscosity of whole blood,D-dimer and returned to preoperative levels.Plasma viscosity and FIB were higher than preoperative.Between the two groups, Hemorheology,D-dimer,FIB,in the test group were lower than the control group.Preoperative,1 day and 6 days after surgery,PT,APTT levels in the two groups had no significant difference(P >0.05).(2)Color doppler ultrasound results:In the process of experimental observation,deep venous thrombosis did not occur in the two groups.Femoral venous blood flow velocity in the two groups patients before surgery,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).6 days after surgery,two groups of femoral vein blood flows lower than preoperative(P<0.05),the degree of slowing in the control group is more obvious than the experimental group.(3)Three days after surgery,the test group of abdominal wound pain VAS scores was lower than the control group.Through statistical analysis, drainage of pelvic drainage tube in the two groups patients wereno significant difference.In taking Modified Taohong Siwu Tang process,there are no vaginal stump bleeding,wound bleeding and other adverse reactions.Conclusions: Blood in a hypercoagulable state after gynecological total hysterectomy,modified Taohong Siwu Tang can significantly improve the hypercoagulable state and the femoral vein blood flow velocity,reduce the risk of postoperative deep venous thrombosis,safe and reliable.
