Object:The incidence of gastric cancer in China is on the rise, and the mortality rate is high, which is the main problem that threatens human health.Detection of gastric cancer and precancerous disease G-17 level of serum gastrin and Helicobacter pylori expression, compared the serum level of G-17 and H.pylori infection in gastric cancer and precancerous diseases in the change of the level of serum G-17 and H.pylori infection with gastric cancer and precancerous diseases the expression and clinical significance in early prediction, its clinical application value in gastric cancer. Methods:Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and 14 C breath test were used to detect serum G-17 level and H.pylori in 150 cases of gastric cancer and precancerous diseases. The difference of serum G-17 level and H.pylori infection among the groups was analyzed and compared.Results:1)disease correlation between serum G-17 levels and gastric cancer and precancerous gastritis: comparison group and non atrophy,G-17 level of gastric ulcer group and gastric polyp group and gastric cancer group increased significantly(P<0.05);compared with atrophic gastritis group, significantly increased in serum G-17 expression in gastric ulcer group and gastric polyp group and in gastric carcinoma group(P<0.05);2)the level of serum G-17 and the correlation between H.pylori infection: in H.pylori negative patients compared with non atrophic gastritis;in non atrophic gastritis, gastric ulcer group and gastric polyp group,H.Pylori group of gastric cancer in patients with positive serum G-17 levels higher than H.Pylori negative patients(P<0.05).Conclusion: The level of serum G-17 and H.pylori infection are closely related to gastric cancer and precancerous disease.Early detection of combined serum G-17 levels and H.Pylori detection is of great clinical significance for high-risk population screening and diagnosis for gastric cancer and precancerous diseases and early gastric cancer.
