Part Ⅰ:Clinical application of SVF-gel combined with autologous granular fat in external genital plastic surgeryObjective:To explore the feasibility and effect of SVF-gel combined with autologous granular fat in external genital plastic surgery.Methods:ECM/SVF-gel was obtained by using the ECM/SVF-gel preparation technique detailed by the plastic surgery team of Southern Hospital,and then combined with autologous granular fat injection for labial augmentation and penile enlargement.Results:The clinical effect of injection was satisfactory,and no injection-related complications occurred.Conclusion:SVF gel as a new type of adipose tissue derived stem cell gel,combined with autologous fat in external genital plastic surgery,has satisfactory clinical effects,and its clinical application and exploration should be expected.Part Ⅱ:Progress of Brava-assisted autologous fat transplantation in breast plastic surgery(review)Mass autologous fat transplantation for breast augmentation and breast reconstruction is a hot and difficult issue in the field of fat transplantation and breast plastic surgery.Since RK Khouri et al.published a multi-center prospective study on augmentation mammaplasty using negative pressure external expansion device combined with autologous fat transplantation in 2012,experts at home and abroad have made in-depth theoretical and practical research on the application of Brava-assisted autologous fat transplantation in breast plastic surgery.Especially in breast reconstruction,Brava-assisted autologous fat transplantation is a revolution.This paper summarizes the above problems.
