The Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of The Breast Augmentation By Autologous Fat

Objective:In order to study the clinical effect of the breast augmentation by autologous fat injection and compare the influence of different purification method for the fat survival rate.Methods:Choose30cases of patients from Yanbian hospital plastic surgery from June,2011to June,2013, and divided the patients into the centrifugal and standing group randomly by15cases in each group. Getting autologous fat20ml with syringe pump. Centrifugal group:Get the concentration of high purity fat after centrifugal properly. Standing group:Standing the autologous fat firstly, then using physiological saline flushing to remove impurities repeatedly to get the purification of fat particles. The purification of fat particles will be injected in the breast with the method of tunnel and multi-level. Limited each side of patients’breast just inject80ml to120ml. Since inject the twice fat after6months, record patients’breast size preoperative and postoperative, the fat mass of each time, survival rate of fat, and the satisfaction of postoperative patient. Also, evaluate comprehensively on the change of breast shape in two groups.Results:Both of two groups are processed successfully, and the wound healed well after operation. The follow-up time postoperative is6months after the twice injections. The15cases in centrifuge group, since from injected the twice fat after six months, the average survival rate of added fat in bilateral breast is69.10%, and the satisfaction rate is86.67%. But in15cases of the standing group. Since from injected the twice fat after6months, the survival rate of average added fat in bilateral breast is56.50%, and the satisfaction rate is53.33%.Conclusions:The advantage of the Autologous fat graft breat augmentation is that it is no obvious immune rejection and scars after surgery, and achieve beautiful and natural effect. Also, it will be possible to repeat injection to achieve the perfect effect. Therefore, it is the one of best methods of the breast augmentation surgery.Compared the standing purification with centrifuged fat, the survival rate of centrifuged fat is higher, and welcomed by the patient, so it is worthy to apply to clinic.
