Research On The Development Strategy Of BG Hospital Under The Background Of New Medical Reform

Health care is a matter of national development and people's well-being.The new medical reform plan introduced in 2009 clearly promotes the pilot reform of public hospitals as one of the five key tasks for reform.Today,public hospital reform is entering a crucial stage.Faced with the reform of the new medical and health system,large public hospitals are faced with large-scale entry of social capital,changes in the health insurance payment system,the introduction of multiple forms of corporate governance,the exploration of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment,the gradual elimination of medicine supplementation,and the need for patient care.The improvement of the degree of trust of doctors and patients,the changes brought about by big data,etc.How to grasp the opportunities for scientific development in the face of new situations,new tasks,and new requirements,meet challenges in fierce market competition,and formulate hospitals scientifically develop strategic plans and implement them so as to face regulators,participants,and competitors calmly,achieve sustainable development,maintain the public welfare of hospitals,and provide patients with convenient,safe,affordable,and effective services.The problems faced by the patients,such as the difficulty in seeing a doctor,the difficulty in surgery,and the difficulty of hospitalization,are the challenges faced by every hospital administrator.This article mainly defines the concepts of strategy,strategic analysis and other terms involved in the study.At the same time,it reviews and combs the relevant theories of strategy and development strategy,providing theoretical guidance for the analysis and selection of strategy,thus laying a solid theoretical foundation for the study of BG hospital development strategy.This article is based on the BG hospital.Combining my own work in hospitals in recent years,the purpose is to use the analytical method and Porter's five strength models to analyze hospitals based on the requirements of the reform of the chemical and pharmaceutical health system,the current medical environment at home and abroad,and the historical background of hospitals.The external environment and internal conditions;use the matrix to explore the opportunities and threats faced by the hospital,its own advantages and disadvantages,and complete strategic matching;use strategic quantitative planning matrix to complete strategic selection,and develop the hospital under the new medical reform situation,the choice of strategy provides some new ideas;at the end,it puts forward initial strategic recommendations for implementing hospital development strategies.Finally,it proposes two directions of BG hospital development strategy from the two aspects of talented hospital and science and education hospital.It proposes to strengthen cost operation management,accelerate digital construction,optimize talent structure,improve performance appraisal system,open cadre employment system,deepen external development,Deepen the implementation of the strategy of hospital culture construction.
