Objectives:Through the detailed analysis of the characteristics and service status of outpatients in the Department of Stomatology of a community health service center in Beijing in 2017-2018 years,the needs and utilization of community residents in oral health service were understood,and the advantages and problems of community oral health service were found to provide reference for community oral hygiene prevention and control.Methods:1.A total of 7486 patients were sampled at the outpatient clinic from March 31,2017 to May 18,1818 of a community health center of a certain community health center in Beijing to conduct descriptive analysis to protect the privacy of patients(name,address,contact Way,etc.)Contents include:number of visits,number of new visits,gender,age,address,cost category,disease name,and treatment items.Descriptive analysis was performed to compare the gender composition of patients,the types of visits,the causes of major visits,and the analysis of age groups.The composition and payment methods of medical expenses,and the composition ratio of treatment items,etc.,data analysis adopts descriptive analysis,and measurement data of normal distribution adopts mean and standard deviation to describe its central tendency and discrete trend;measurement data of non-normal distribution The median and quartiles are used to describe their central tendency and discrete trend.The classification data uses frequency and percentage to describe its distribution.2.In this study,a cross-sectional study was conducted to facilitate the extraction of 342 patients from a dental clinic at a community health service center in Beijing as the object of investigation,and a self-prepared;"Survey of Stomatology Questionnaire"was used to conduct a face-to-face investigation.Survey contents include general information of the patient to be surveyed,oral hygiene habits,oral needs,use of the stomatology of the community hospital,satisfaction survey of the dental department of the community hospital,diagnosis and treatment needs of the dental department of the hospital,and dental treatment Project awareness,oral health awareness,and desire for oral health interventions.Statistical analysis of the data was performed using SPSS 22.0 statistical software.To further understand the characteristics of dental patients and medical services in community health service centers,to discover the advantages and problems of community oral health services and provide reference for community oral hygiene control.Results:1.Medical workstation data showed that the number of women(61.5%)was greater than that of men(38.5%);most of the pzatients were aged(50-59 years old)(20.1%)and(60-69)years old(33.9%).2.Community dental doctor workstation recorded "disease name" number of the top five ranked in the order:chronic periodontitis(23%),caries disease(14.5%),pulpitis(11.8%),the installation of the denture and adjust(11.3%)and chronic apical periarthritis(9.7%)."Top five"name of gender,age,type of clinic(new appointment),costs are all different types of distribution,difference was statistically significant(?2=85.265,P<0.05)and(x2 =336.836,P<0.05)and(x2=785.847,P<0.05)and(?2=52.087,P<0.05).Among them,the number of women(69.1%)and men(30.9%)were the most,while the number of women with chronic periodontitis(53.8%)and men(46.2%)were the least.The first five "disease names" were all(60?69)years old;Appointment number are more than the original number,the largest number of pulpitis appointment(97.3%),followed by chronic apical on periarthritis appointment number(90.8%),caries patients visit(65.7%),a number of chronic periodontitis(63.5%),at least for the false teeth on installation and debugging of appointment number(43.9%).3.Patients in the community's dental department accounted for various types of reimbursement(85.6%),self-paying patients(14.6%),and the highest proportion of social insurance card patients in various types of reimbursement(81%).4.The data analysis of the patients in the community dental department in one year showed that the average per capita expenditure of the 7486 patients was 219.08 yuan,of which the treatment cost was 206.37 yuan,the medicine expenditure was 12.71 yuan,and the medicine expenditure only accounted for 5.8%.In addition,the treatment expenses that can be reimbursed are all 89.79 yuan,and the self-paid items are 756.10 yuan.The cost difference between reimbursement and self-paid projects is large.5.The survey showed that the number of regional dentists(the community hospital)in this study was(1:24801),and there was no nursing staff,which was a serious lack of doctors,and the work efficiency of dentistry was low.6.The highest proportion of patients in the use of stomatology was:62.5%of patients with "acquaintance introduction";32.6%of patients with;"service attitude";62.4%of patients with"convenient visit";67.5%of patients chose "Difficult to register"7.The awareness of the service items provided by the community dental clinics was statistically significant(x2=10700.935,P<0.05).Children's degree of fluoridation awareness was 8.5%(29/342)and glottal closure was 7.8%(27/342)low.8.The percentages of patients with higher questionnaire satisfaction were:waiting time(30-60)minutes,accounting for 52.6%of patients;satisfaction of treatment,satisfaction(85.1%);patient disinfection of equipment and indoor environment Satisfaction was also high,with satisfaction reaching(86.5%).9.There was a significant difference in the correct rate of oral health cognition among questionnaire respondents(?2=1070.349,P<0.05).The lowest rate of correctness is that the pit and fissure seal can prevent 31.9%(109/342)of children's caries,and toothbrushing with fluoride toothpaste can prevent caries of 29.8%(102/342).10.There was a statistically significant difference in the acquisition rates of different items that wanted oral health care intervention(?2=786.120,P<0.05).The highest accuracy rate was 78.7%(269/342)of oral health talks organized by the community.Conclusions:1.The age of the patients in the Department of Stomatology is 60?69 years old,and the elderly are the main people in the community.With the increase of the age,the oral health problem is the key task of the Department of Stomatology.2.Dental diseases to the patient number of the top five most for chronic periodontitis patients,in the age of five kinds of diseases were 60?69 years before the highest proportion,which lack teeth accounted for the highest,suggested that community health agencies in the publicity of chronic systemic disease prevention and control at the same time,should also actively carry out oral disease prevention and control work,in the strict control under the condition of chronic illness,oral therapy as early as possible(such as tooth,teeth glinting before surgery,etc.),found that the problem solves promptly,reduce the rate of loss of teeth.3.The population of dentists in the study area is far lower than that of the dentist population in the city of Beijing in 2006.It is difficult to meet the needs of public health services,such as health examination,health promotion,prevention and monitoring,diagnosis and treatment services and information processing for the residents of the community.4.Service condition:this study shows that for dental dental outpatients number rely on patients with high degree of word of mouth,common to the patient,fear,waiting for a long time,doctors should pay attention to do the communication with patients,efforts to improve treatment technology,the optimization process.5.Patients in the outpatient department have low awareness of the awareness of oral public health projects in the Department of Stomatology and the knowledge of oral health.The Department of Stomatology should increase publicity,regularly hold oral health lectures in the community,and do a good job in prevention.
