Self-injury is an act in which an individual does not intentionally die,and the individual intentionally and directly damages his or her body tissue.Such as hitting the wall with a head, cutting yourself with a sharp weapon, burning yourself with a lighter,self-deprecating behavior, etc. In life,self-harm has become a normal state. The high school students group is already a high-risk group of self-harm.Self-harm has a significant impact on the physical and mental development of this group. This study investigated the current situation of self-harm of 735 high school students in three grades in a middle school in Yangzhou by Feng Yu's "Youth Self-Injury Behavior Scale".The independent sample t-test,chi-square test and analysis of variance were used to calculate the high school students. The differences in self-harm scores,self-harm patterns, and self-harm rates in demographic variables are compared, and the common characteristics of self-harm behaviors in high school students in Boxing works are summarized. On this basis, the case is intervened and analyzed to further investigate the effect of box therapy on self-harm.Research indicates:(1)High school survival in certain self-harm behaviors, the number of people implementing self-harm behavior is about 32.06%,and the overall level is at a medium level. The most frequent occurrence of self-harm behavior is deliberately pulling out their hair. The least number of occurrences is intentional.Use a needle, nail,or other thing to bleed a part of your body.(2)High school students' self-harm behaviors have significant differences in grades, among which the third-grade self-injury phenomenon is the most serious, followed by high school and high school.(3)Self-harm of high school students is not significantly different in the degree of education of fathers, but there is a significant difference in the degree of education of mothers.Students with low maternal education have higher self-harm behavior than mothers.(4)High school students' self-harm behavior is significantly different from their parents.Students with strong parental relationships are more serious in self-harm behavior than students who are acquainted with their parents, and high school students' self-harm behaviors are related to parents. There is a significant positive correlation.(5)High-school students with self-harm behaviors The overall characteristics of their initial box works are poorly integrated. There is a lack of connection between the various regions in the works. The themes and works are also inconsistent. There are obvious obstacles in each region, and the second is less impulsive. For example, water, hills, people, and other dynamic sand tools are less, indicating that the self-harming high school students have weaker mental energy;at the same time, the box works are not rich and smooth, and the sands placed are rather chaotic and monotonous, specifically in toys. There are fewer species and more living things than living things, lacking self-images,moving sands more frequently, and making themes mostly wars or confrontational themes of external conflict.(6)Through the box therapy, the self-harm behavior of high school students can be effectively alleviated, and the frequency of self-harm behavior can be reduced. Conclusion:Compared with previous studies, the self-harm phenomenon of high school students in this study has shown a downward trend.Students with self-injury behavior have their own characteristics in box work.Box therapy can significantly reduce students' self-injury.In this study, box therapy can effectively reduce self-harm in high school students.
