Juanbi Kang-Sheng Pills Joint Intra-Articular Injection Of Sodium Hyaluronate In The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis Clinical Efficacy Analysis

Objective:By observing the oral Juanbi Kang-sheng pills with intra-articular sodium hyaluronate injection method for knee osteoarthritis clinical symptoms and signs of improvement,set out to combat this method of knee osteoarthritis clinical efficacy for the clinical use of Chinese and Western medicine to provide some evidence.Methods:This study included 60 cases are from September 2007 to December 2008 in the Harbin City,the Fifth Hospital Hospital out-patient. Diagnostic criteria would be in line with Western medicine and Chinese medicine diagnostic criteria were divided into 60 cases of treatment group and control group 30 cases of the two groups.Treatment group were given injections of sodium hyaluronate in the knee,once a week,each 2ml, continuous treatment for 5 weeks and with oral Juanbi Kang-sheng pills,2 times a day,every time the two pills,for 5 weeks;control group to give a simple intra-articular sodium hyaluronate injection,once a week,each 2ml, for five weeks as a treatment for 5 weeks.The two groups are in a course for the observation period,after the end of treatment to determine treatment.Result:Treatment group 30 cases,10 cases cured,12 cases markedly effective in 6 cases,2 cases ineffective,the total effective rate 93.33%;30 cases of the control group,seven cases of cured,9 cases of markedly effective in 6 cases,8 cases,The total effective rate 73.33%;The total efficiency of the two groups were statistically significant differences in contrast(P＜0.05), efficacy of the treatment group than the control group.The two groups before and after treatment of knee pain,function of contrast,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05),efficacy of the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion:The use of intra-articular sodium hyaluronate injection with the oral Juanbi Kang-sheng pills method of treatment of early,mid-knee osteoarthritis patients can significantly improve symptoms,signs,for osteoarthritis of the knee with the exact effect.
