Clinical Observation Of Lingnan Fine Moxibustion In Treating Hyperplasia Of Liver-stagnation And Phlegm Coagulation Type

Objective:To observe whether the clinical efficacy of lingnan jing moxibustion in the treatment of galactosis with hepatic depression and cuspidal coagulation is better than that of oral xiaojiean capsule.Methods:A total of 60 subjects who met the inclusion criteria of this study but did not meet the exclusion criteria were included.They were assigned to the treatment group(lingnan fine moxibustion group)and the control group(xiaojie 'an capsule group)in a1:1 ratio using a random number table,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with lingnan fine moxibustion once every three days,twice a week(each treatment interval was more than 48 hours),8 times for a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment;The control group was given xiao jie 'an capsules orally,2 capsules each time,3 times a day,1 course of treatment for 1 month,a total of 2courses of treatment.The breast pain,breast mass size,breast mass hardness and systemic concomitant symptoms of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.The relevant data were statistically analyzed,the improvement rate was calculated,and the efficacy was evaluated.Results:1.Breast pain score,mass size score,mass hardness score and accompanying symptom score before and after treatment in the two groups were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.The integral difference between the two groups,in breast pain visual analogue scale vas,breast pain,breast lumps hardness integral,with symptoms integral,the clinical total points,the treatment group compared with control group has significant difference(P < 0.05),and two groups of breast lumps size integral difference compare have no significant difference(P > 0.05).3.In terms of clinical efficacy,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.9%,including 4 cases with significant effect,22 cases with effective effect and 2 cases with ineffective effect.The total effective rate of the control group was 75.9%,including 1significant case,21 effective cases and 7 ineffective cases.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Lingnan fine moxibustion and oral xiaojie 'an capsule were both effective in the treatment of liptocoagulative hyperplasia of mammary gland,but the overall efficacy of lingnan fine moxibustion was better than oral xiaojie 'an capsule,especially in the improvement of breast pain,breast lump hardness and systemic symptoms.There was no significant difference in the effect of the two methods in changing the breast mass size.Lingnan fine moxibustion for the treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia is simple,time-consuming,less consumable,reliable and worthy of clinical application.
